Zippers on cover broke off.
Bed is comfortable, the zippers on the cover broke. Cheaply made, that's my only complaint.

Great futon and service
The futon shipped quickly, customer service was great, and the product was as described. Keep in mind the 2” is quite firm. So, if you’re looking for softer, I recommend going to one of the thicker options.

Hi Daniela,
Thank you for sharing this.
We're so glad to hear that both setting it up and putting it away felt easy. We made sure both the 2.5" and 4" options come with a storage bag. When it's put away, it doesn't take up much room—it gives your space a little more breathing room, and that makes home feel more open and comfortable. Knowing it's genuinely useful and easy to live with in your home really means a lot to us.
That kind of easy, flexible comfort is exactly what we hope to bring into a home. And it's what we've always wanted to do: not just a mattress, but a simpler, calmer way to rest at home. Comfort doesn't have to be complicated.

HORRIBLE SERVICE
If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered a set on 09/03/2026. The communication I received stated that my mattress was on pre-order and that it's eta would be 09/07/2026. I was ok with that. My order came and I didn't not receive the Cocoshield Tatami mat that comes with it. So I reach out, no answer reach out again and the respond to say that if I review my order it clearly states that my item is on pre-order. So as a good customer who keeps great records I sent them screenshots showing that statement to be incorrect, that the mat has a note that says"preparing item for shipping". And the mattress has a note that says"item is pre-order and will ship when it comes in, ETA 09/07/2026.
They responded to say that it will not ship until 09/30/26, I responded to say well in that case I'd like a 50% refund on the mat and an apology. Them some other CS emails and says "thanks for your purchase, it'll ship soon".
Nope, unacceptable, you're now going to be flammed on everyone one of your platforms until I get an apology and a refund and my mat.

Hi Chris,
Thank you for sharing this, and we’re truly sorry. This is not the experience we want you to have.
We’ve reviewed your order and the screenshots you sent. The pre-order information on the page was not displayed clearly enough. That’s our mistake, and it caused exactly the confusion you described. We’ve flagged this to the relevant team to adjust the page.
We’ve also specially sourced the missing Cocoshield Tatami mat from another channel and arranged shipment for you. It’s being processed now. The resolution options have also been sent to the email on your order—please check when you have a moment.
We take your experience seriously and want to make sure this is properly resolved. Again, our apologies, Chris.

No more waking up all night
We sleep so comfortably with our two small kids and no more neck or back pain. We used to wake each other constantly if one of us got up to pee or switch positions. This mattress is a game changer.

So so happy with the switch!
We went from a super thick traditional mattress to the 6in classic floor mattress. It took a few days to get use to it, but we absolutely love it. So much so that we will be getting my daughter one. We are very happy with the switch and this company is the best, we did some research prior to ordering.

Hi Kimberly,
Thank you so much for taking the time to leave your honest review — we truly appreciate it.
The 6-inch mattress is ideal for anyone trying floor sleeping for the first time after using thick traditional mattresses. It contours nicely to your body curves while still keeping the steady, supportive feel that floor sleeping requires.
We’ve always believed comfortable rest at home doesn’t have to be complicated. We aim to deliver more than just a mattress — we want to bring a simpler, more relaxed way of living into your home. Knowing our product has added a little ease to your daily routine is the most valuable feedback we could receive.
We’ve already sent a follow-up email to your inbox. Feel free to share your daughter’s sleeping needs and her room space details with us, and we’ll put together a precise, tailored recommendation just for her.
Thanks again for your support. Don’t hesitate to reach out anytime if you need anything else.
