I have to say I am pretty unhappy with the way I was handled after many years of service with this company.
My original unit which was paid for in full, had to be replaced since their new systems would not support it. I paid for the unit and after many additional years with them I received an increase in my service and asked to cancel. This was in April 2024. No response although they said they sent me an email in June which was never received. Today, 7/5/24 I received an email telling me I need to send back the unit or I will be charged for a unit that was replaced due to necessity. I would be charged $129 if I do not return it within 45 days. I’ve also discovered they have a pretty deceptive 60 day cancellation policy. So basically you cancel today they will terminate your service but you will still be charged two more months of service. I would understand being charged to the end of your cycle but two months? Very shady practice. I only had one vehicle with this company but after 15+ years I expected to be treated better.

It was very informational and it was great to follow the steps. It was difficult to take notes on certain things because of the pace.

Trainer was helpful, offered advice and showed several ways to make it easier for me. She was knowledgable and friendly

The training was very informative and helpful. The only problem was I am not used to screen sharing apps and their functionality. So, I did not realize how to check in at the bottom to let the trainer know I was there listening. Also, tried to talk on phone but didn't get an answer. I wasn't muted so it almost seemed like it was a pre-recorded training session. I know it wasn't but made me question it.

The trainer was excellent. She was very composed, even when some problems occurred, which they always do during these types of training. Spoke clearly and was well versed in your product. Two thumbs up!!

Sales, training and system has been great! Seems way better than what I was using before! A lot of options and reports you can pull up.

The webinar training was thorough and complete. The presenter was well educated on the platform and a good clear speaker.

Don't believe the 3-5 year battery claim. It's closer to 3-5 months. When they die you're stuck, without tracking but still paying. They are quick to ship out a new device, but your equipment is vulnerable while you wait. When you finally tire of dealing with swapping out dead units and try to cancel your contract for good reason they tell you "I'm sorry and I understand your feelings, but you still have to pay to the end of your contract". No matter that they got you to sign the contract with promises of 5 year battery life. The 5 star reviews appear to be from brand new users, not many from people who have actually used the service for long enough to give an honest review. This makes sense, of course, and is common practice. I was pressured to leave a review right away, with a $50 incentive. Go with someone else.

Edit: I went back and found the emails asking me to leave a review and you're right. It was $20, not $50. Apologies. Same thing though, just a different amount. Your reply making me sound dishonest just proves my point.
And now my review is in danger of being removed? To leave this review I followed an email link from TrustPilot asking me to review my experience. I have asked why it doesn't show as "Verified". Hopefully this can be remedied.

Helpful and supportive. It has many features for the Administration to use and take advantage of.

On time meeting start. Very knowledgeable and quick responses to questions. We are very excited to part of GPS Track It. It is a vital tool for our start up.
