Amazing. Customer service was very patient even when I was late with a payment or two would highly recommend using the service.

Extremely high interest rates. Even with above average credit.

Was not informed if the amount t of the payments until after I signed the lease.

Almost feels like entrapment!

The application was immediately denied the within 30 minutes they changed their mind to approved. Then approved for more than asked for. Spent less than approved for. Then never told rate and term. Only told free of interest for 3 months then the $3200 product would then be made into payments to cover $7200. Well over the value. No one explained anything. Nor did the merchant care about the safety of product or patron in transport. All in all don't recommend if you can not pay off immediately. Highly predatory lending practices.

Easy approval. Paid in 90 days and avoided any additional lease fees. Great service!

Garbage communication, Bailees needs to go back to their last financers, they were much better! Seem ignorant over the phone, somehow had my email address wrong, lady verified my info but then couldnt find me. Wasn't taking payments them tried to take 3 in 2 days amd somehow we've missed others but never notified.

My sales person was very detailed about the items I wanted to purchase. Also explained the financing options as well.

It was easy, quick, staff was friendly, knowledgeable, I’ll definitely use Zo again!

shirley the manager is horrible. the company system is poor they charge you 400 everyday if you don’t pay it the day of calling to pay your amount. latoya brown is also no help she charges you and doesn’t break it down to you. and i asked to take my card information down and she didn’t

Had some issues during the actual process of using the lease, but their support got it sorted out pretty quickly. Besides that, all calls I made were answered by a real person, and I was called by a real person multiple times to clarify and get things in order. Payments were automated, and I was able to pay my lease off early pretty easily on their website. Obviously be careful with their stupid high interests rates, pay your crap off early.
