I only have it a 1 because zero was not an option. The clothing looks nothing like the pictures. Clothing does not have tags and it is missized. The material used to make similar clothing is cheap and is typically used on kids costumes. When I asked to Return it they said I had to prove that the sizing did not match the sizing chart. Who even knows how to do that. This is not one to guess on just do not use them.

BEWARE!!!! If I could give a 0 star, I would. I wish I read these reviews before I purchased 3 dresses from this company. After I received the order confirmation, I noticed that the tracking was coming from China. This company is falsy advertising that they are sydney, Australia designed dresses and have their warehouse in Neautral Bay which is not the case. They are scammers!

I sent an email straight away after I made an order to cancel so it was not shipped. But I kept getting emails from them dismissing my request and their fraud but simply replying with giving me a discount to receive keep the items. Now it's been shipped which will have to result me into battling to send this back to china and continue to dispute my refund which who knows if I will even get since they are not even responding.

Absolutely do not use!! Ordered a dress thinking it was coming from Australia to justify the long wait times. Paid £61 (was supposed to be 110) for literally a bit of netting. The photos have obviously been stolen from another site then drop shipped from a chinese factory. I've had genuinely better quality clothes from shein its absolutely disgusting. Have emailed in attempt to get a refund but this is looking unlikely by everyone's comments. Straight up theft

Got duped like everyone else. Ordered boots that are rubbish knock-offs charged at premium prices. On website it says "designed in Sydney" load of BS. Shipped from China. It sounds like the return process is going to be a nightmare but after spending $190 for rubbish boots I'll have to do it. So angry

Not even linen they were cotton. Poor quality scratchy Cotton pants for 90 dollars. Give this website a miss. Misleading with the pictures and quality. Save your money.

Disgusting quality. Temu version of the dress arrived and I think temu would have done better job.

A very disappointing experience. Misleading about it's origin. Overpriced for what's been delivered. Received the goods, did fit. Did not meet expectations. Pricey fir what you getting. Did receive regular updated about tracking. However will not purchase from them in future very deceiving

The item was such poor quality workmanship and material that it would be embarrasing to wear it. Plus, it stinks. I mean it literally smells bad to such an extent it's unwearable. Do not use Zoe Sydney!

First off this is a Chinese company masquerading as an Australian company. I ordered a $72 dress which arrived 45 days late and was a cheap knockoff version of what was advertised. Worse than temu or shein. I am STILL trying to return to get my money back. Absolute nightmare and deceptive business. DO NOT order from these people especially if you have an event you will regret it, they take your money and try to make it so hard to return the garbage they send you hoping you just give up. Trash.

Stay away! Ordered on the website and the dress that came was very poor quality. To return you had to return to a warehouse in China (which I had to pay a lot for) and I still have not received the money back for the dress.

as everyone has already said. This company is pretending to be an Australian fashion company with a store in Neutral Bay. Actually they are located in China.
The quality is poor, sizing is wrong. They will ignore your requests for refund or strong you along and never return any money.
Do not buy from them. Report them to the ACCC and any other agencies

The clothes are a very poor quality. Return policy is awful with customers having to pay to ship back to China. Please do your research before you buy from this company.

This looks to me like another Chinese importer hiding behind an Australian sounding brand to fool British buyers. Some sort of fictitious return address in London given. I am now waiting to see if I get the advertised as a reduced price of £44.00 refunded. and will post again once I have heard back (if I even get a response). Why is Britain allowing this company to operate and continue cheating people out of their hard earned money? It’s reached a point on line where you have to beware of any company using a City name outside of China as they are probably a Chinese firm or a Chinese importer. BEWARE - DO NOT USE,

i ordered the nior blossom evening party mini dress and it arrived without the bow at the back. The website says that it is shipped from within australia although it went through multiple international security phases, so how is it australian? i am not happy with the quality of the dress, the time it took to be shipped and the lies being told from this company.

Ordered 3 suits on Dec 2, despite believable tracking links, there was a "failed" delivery attempt on Dec 12 (weird we were home) and then tracking updated to awaiting collection at the post office (weird, no card, no email from Australia Post). Went to post office and was never there. Since then it has not moved, at this point I don't believe it exists at all. I have emailed twice and simply told it's on the way. It's now Dec 23rd. I have asked 3 times now for a refund and strangely that requested is simply ignored. Clearly a scam and they just take your money and send nothing. I am taking this further.

Wish I’d read these reviews sooner! Waited 3 weeks for items to arrive. The quality and composition of the garments looks nothing like that depicted on the website and now I’m having to pay $40 to return stock to China!

Based on a picture shown on their website I bought a fur jacket for my daughter. It looked very beautiful but what I received after an endless waiting was a complete different thing.
Awful cheap fabric and NOT what was shown on the website.
I complained about it, and i got offered half of the price as refund. The jacket original price was more than 100 dollars, but with a Christmas discount i paid 80.
The jacket i received is worth no more than 10 pounds. Anonymous label, and I was told also that their warehouse in china.
Never again.

I bought a dress for a wedding and it turned up now three days after the wedding. It was a green sage summer dress with black spots… the material they used to rip off this design which they clearly stole off. A legitimate website was nothing short of appalling… I called them today and got a stick it up your rear end basically so I contacted my credit card company and I’m pursuing a chargeback. Do not buy from these guys. They are not based in Sydney. I will be making a complaint to trading standards and the ACCC… they should not be allowed to do business in Australia and trading off the name with Sydney it is a complete scam - I wish I could add photos to show you how bad this dress is that I got - I hope this review helps you
