To early to say but there doesn’t seem to be a back button

Why the hell was I billed $59.99 for a subscription I didn’t take. I paid a dollar for a three day subscription then billed $60 on the 4th day, WHY????

To prove that am not subscribed, I have never received any communication from you guys!!!! I have emailed Rachel twice already and no response has been received!!!!

I subscribed in error. There was no way on the app to cancel the subscription I tried and tried it would not accept clicking on the button. I then emailed bothe email addresses around ten times over three days while the trial was on telling them I wanted to cancel as I subscribed in error. I never received anything back and they still tried to take €50 TWICE. Absolutely disgusting behaviour.

DON’T use this website! You tie into a subscription which you cannot cancel on the website. Emailed them twice but they DON’T acknowledge emails. Luckily I signed up with a bank account I don’t use so they can’t take money out for a subscription although they try every other day. Avoid at all costs as the subscription is not made clear to you when you sign up and pay what you believe is just £1 for a reading. They’ve tried taking out of my bank £30 something last week and today they’ve tried to take £22 something out. SCAMMERS!!!

Scam, they took payment for a trial and when i cancelled with the period asked they took another payment of 50 euro, sent multiple emails and they never reply, dont trust them, such a bad company, have blocked their payment and filed a complaint with the card company

I looked at palm reading for one dollar didn’t know anything about 41.99 charge and you can’t contact anybody to cancel it. Total scam…

SCAM!! I paid £1 for a 3 day access no mention of subscription. I also sent a cancellation email within a hour of paying for this noted they cancel within 24/48 hours didn't think any more of it. Until my bank was charged £39.99!! Which isn't even in their subscription amounts! Contacted the bank immediately to block and will be raising a dispute if the pending money goes out! Absolutely disgusting and stressful for anyone! I will be making a federal complaint about this also!

I subbed for a 3 day trail of 1$ no mention of 55$ premium. After 3 days 55$ comes out my bank account and I cant unsubscribe. I sent an email to unsubscribe. Thats when things get fishy at first it dont even allow me to compile an email but after some time, finally the email goes through. All i want is to unsubscribe and get my refund... the little money i had is gone

I took a trial with them, but the product they promised in the sign-up wasn't delivered. I raised a query, but their customer service didn't respond. I then cancelled the subscription in line with the required policy - more than 24 hours before the sub went active and when I logged in, I found an active subscription. And they still won't respond.

They have also taken money from my account even though I had cancelled more than 24 hours before the end of the trial period as written in their terms and conditions.

So far, they have refused to even acknowledge any emails.

A terrible experience.

I am following up here because, as of today, I still have not received a response or a refund from Zodeya.

For clarity, here is the timeline of my case:

My free trial started on August 27, 2026 at 2:49 AM Spain time.
I sent my cancellation request by email on August 28, 2026 at 1:02 AM Spain time, using the email address associated with my Zodeya account and following the cancellation procedure indicated on your website.
Despite submitting my cancellation request before the renewal, I was charged $59.99 on August 29, 2026 at 7:48 PM Colombia time.
I contacted Zodeya to report the charge and request a refund, but I have continued to receive no substantive response and no refund.

Your cancellation policy states that cancellation requests should be submitted at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription term to avoid the next charge. I submitted my cancellation request within that timeframe.

I have just sent another email to your support team with the subject:

"Formal dispute of $59.99 charge — cancellation submitted before renewal"

In that email, I provided the complete timeline and formally requested the immediate refund of the $59.99 charge, confirmation that my subscription is cancelled, and confirmation that no further charges will be made.

I am posting this here as well because I want to make sure there is a clear record that I have followed the cancellation procedure, contacted Zodeya repeatedly, and have still not received a proper response or my money back.

I expect Zodeya to review the evidence and process the $59.99 refund immediately.

If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will escalate the charge dispute through my credit card issuer and provide the complete documentation of my timely cancellation request, the subsequent charge, and my attempts to obtain a refund directly from Zodeya.

I love the in depth detail it brings with the pros and cons, do's and don'ts and the help back to alignment is welcoming at the very least
