I did a trial for 3 days. Was charged on day 4 $59.99 good for another month. and never notified of subscription. I did not want access until Oct 25, 2026, I requested a refund. All companies should notify subscribers regarding a renewal for a subcription. I am waiting on a response and will dispute with my bank.

Is not even worth the 1 star…paid for the trail period, tried to cancel on same day. Tells you how to cancel but you can’t actually do it on the app. So emailed which is their other option, guess what they just ignore and now have had a large subscription fee debited from my account which I’m in the process of trying to get back….Avoid this site at all costs it’s a scam!

user on free trial for £1. No details of automatic subscription, no ability to cancel the free trial, bank is investigating and stopping any further payments.

When you subscribe for a 3 day trial for 1 dollar they use your bankaccount to collect 60 dollars after 3 days.

No option to cancel, no option to get your money back. They don’t respond to e-mails.

I only gave permission for a 3 day trial, never signed up for a subscription. It’s sad that you have to ‘earn’ your money like this! Get a real job!!

This is a scam! I signed up for there 1 dollar try for three days and cancelled directly after that. Since there is no cancellation button in the app I had to email them. They didn’t answer and after 3 days they tried to draw 59 dollars from my card. By when they didn’t answer I understood it was a HOAX AND SCAM and I had closed my card for online payment so the withdrawal from them was denied. I then called my card company and had to kill my card and get a totally new one!!!!
Also the app is not available on Apple so I should have understood it was a scam!!!

I'm more stressed out than ever before, thought it would be a good idea to subscribe to this for a trial to see if I liked it as it did say you can cancel any time, but I've had no response from emails I've sent to cancel, just getting ignored, such a scam, I've had to freeze my account so no further money comes out, please do not subscribe to this. 😔

This is a subscription scam. I tried a 1EUR free trial out of curiosity and without prompting it charged me ~50 EUR after this period. There is no way to cancel automatic renewal on the website and I did not get any reply on my inquiry from the support. Avoid at all costs!

Seems to be a scam going on with this company, paid for 3 day trial but they have now taken £39.99 from my account. This was not agreed to at the start of the trial, I’m pretty careful with subscriptions and will cancel as soon as I need to, I checked the settings and subscriptions within my Apple account and it’s not listed there and there doesn’t appear to be anyway of cancelling within the App. It only stated that the trial was in place, now it’s showing as active but you can’t click on to cancel. I have emailed customer services and have had no response and no way of cancelling. Absolute scam!!! Avoid!!!!!

SCAMMERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! When I tried their site i was only aware of a $1 payment, 3 days later they've deducted $59 form my account, I have emailed them and they are not responding!!! They also dont have a cancellation option!! I WANT MY BANK!!!!! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SCAMMERS!!!!! I have email Rachel 5 times and she has not responded not even ONCE!!!! BLOODY SCAMMERS!!!!!

An absolute scam there is no way to cancel the prescription on the app do u email but no matter how many times u email it still goes through for €49.95 . DO NOT PAY THE 99 cent as once you do it won’t let you stop the prescription after the 3 day trial 😡

Stay away from this app!! Only wanted to pay £1 and didn’t want to sign up to a subscription next day £36 is out of my account! No where to cancel the subscription and after sending 3 emails with no response be careful total scam!!!!! No way to stop money just been taken from your account!

Signed up for a £1 and have tried for 4 days to cancel the subscription. No response to any emails or any way to cancel the subscription on line. I will need to freeze my card so they don't take any money.

Do not fall for it. Paid 99p for trial nothing worked just keep making do more quizzes so waste of money they now have tried to take £40 from my account again I didn’t sign up for a subscription if was 1 day

After looking around the site for a few minutes and I decided it wasn’t for me

When you do the trial they automatically sign you up for a subscription. To cancel they claim there’s a subscription option in the menu. The word subscription is there, but nothing to click to alter or cancel

I emailed support twenty four minutes after signing up to cancel. No reply. Resent email the next day, still waiting

Zodeya is a scam, do not subscribe to this App; its a scam. I paid a once off subscription on the 25 August 2026 for an amount of US$5.49; to my surprise on the 01 September 2026 they debited without my authorization and consent for an amount of US$59.99; they are refusing to refund my money. Even the zodiac presentation is underwhelming, it a scam. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS STUPID SCAM!!!

When I first used your app Friday, 04-SEP-2026, I paid $1 (one) USD for a 1 (one)-day subscription only, without consenting to continue the subscription. Unfortunately, the portal and services do not match what was advertised, and I don't want to pay for any subscription, whether monthly or weekly. However, I was charged on 07-SEP-2026 for $59.99 USD without my consent. I haven't received a response from their support team, and there is no phone number to call. Totally disappointed. If you offer a service, you should be proud of your work. Now i need to cancel my credit card to avoid any further charges.
