Zitauto Arvostelua

We have used Zitauto on several occasions before and always had great service and great cars so returned this year to them at Faro Airport and still brilliant.
They say that you can judge the quality of service when things go wrong and by that standard they should get 6 stars! We had an issue with the car as the battery went flat, however inside 2 and a half hours they had delivered another car to us! When I explained that the aircon on the replacement car wasn't working too well.. no problem and another car was provided. No quibbles, no argument just great service so that we could get on an enjoy our holiday.
And on top of all of that the price was seriously unbeatable!
We have already asked them for next year! Thank you Zitauto 😊

Amazing service from start to finish. Had an technical issue with the car which was a manufacture fault and they swapped the car within 24hrs with no hassle. Have already made more bookings as I was that impressed. Highly recommended

Stay away ! They take all your personal details claiming that its for a booking but afterwards they tell you that they're all sold out, even if on their website all cars are available for a specific timeframe. They claimed they have an issue with the website but if I change the dates the sold out option works so don't think its a site issue more like customer selection based on data provided.

First time with Zitauto and this was the best and most effective rental experience ever.
Great price, just to sign the agreement that was already completed when I arrived, no sale of extra insurance.
The representatives were a little difficult to find at the airport.

We used Zitauto for the two weeks we were in Portugal.
The experience was so good. From beginning to end it was easy and they communicated with us and answered all questions when need.
Really fast to get car at the airport and drop off, the same. Car was quite new and very nice.
We will certainly recommend and use them again in the future.

Best car hire company in Faro Airport. Honest, reliable, great prices, lovely cars and do not try to rip customers off with expensive extras and attempts to find damages to car to get money from you. Highly recommend have used over 5 times now and all my family use too.

Booked a car with them , called several times to make sure everything was allright and they assured me everything would be fine. Till last week I called again and suddenly they don’t have anymore cars available and they lost our booking. They never tried to solve it either.

First time with Zitauto. Simple booking process. All info provided. Easily, prompt collection of car - May 22. Car was spotless and a great drive. Will definitely be using again. And soon.

Great car rental, and i have tried them all, no hard sell, no extra insurances, complete price, fast and efficient service. Great fleet of cars. No hassle car hire at Faro Airport.

After calling and confirming availability a booking request form was filled out as instructed, but the booking was not made by them. Instead they confirmed other booking requests in the mean time and sold out of cars. We now have to pay double elsewhere to hire a car. I would NOT recommend this company.

Used Zitauto a few times over the last ten years or so, and always found them very good value, courteous, friendly staff, and reliable cars. Booking online very easy, very relaxed pick up and delivery back to the car park outside the terminal, and never had any problems with unauthorised charges to my credit card having arrived home. Definitely recommend, would use again when next on the Algarve.

Superb value

Hired from faro airport again and can highly recommend Zitauto, they made it so easy for collection and drop off

See you again soon

Heel slecht verhuurbedrijf!! In maart 2 auto’s gehuurd voor juni! Bevestiging gekregen
Maand geleden gevraagd om n 3e auto voor dezelfde periode. Allemaal mails heen en weer en nu dus ipv 3 auto’s maar 1 auto mogelijk !!! Schandalig!!

Hired a car with Zit autos in March 2022 which is our 2nd time to hire in the algarve. They are fantastic to deal with and the cars that we had were absolutely perfect and felt like new. Their office in Faro airport is out of the back of a car but don't let that put you off 10/10

We have been using Zitautos since I left Portugal in 2008. I have had no issue with them, they are helpful, friendly and you don't have to wait long. Have already booked my next hire for my trip to Portugal. I fly to Portugal 3 or 4 times a year, my first booking after flight is zitautos. Definitely happy and will continue to use. Thank you

We have been using Zitauto for a number of years now and I can honestly say we have had zero problems.

Wij huren al verschillende jaren een auto bij zitauto en wij zijn zeer tevreden met de auto's en prijzen .Dit jaar zal ik zeker weer een auto bij deze firme huren.
Prima autoverhuurder.

Excellent service staff were very helpful both when picking up my vehicle and dropping it back. Would gladly recommend them to anyone visiting Portugal and can’t wait to book again next time I travel

Very easy people to deal with, the car was as described and worked perfectly, and nice ladies to meet at the airport for the handover. Will definitely recommend and will definitely use again.

CAR/ZITAUTO Rent a car is one of the worst car rental experience I have ever had. It amounts to cheating customers for additional insurance although we had a zero liability insurance bought and paid for the rental we had. They wanted to force us to buy additional insurance, while we had the insurance with policy in our hand. We didn't get the car because we refused to have in addition to have paid for the insurance to block almost 3000 EUR on our credit card account... So that they find reasons to take more money out of our pockets. I would never ever book a car at this company CAR/ZITAUTO Rent a car, and also told my friends and relatives visiting the beautiful Portugal to never ever book a car there.
In addition the service was extreme arrogant and unfriendly and I was lucky to find an additional car company, where everything including the insurance situation and the service, was no problem...
