Scammers, I didn't make the purchases yet the Scan thingy is non refundable as stated?? Well I didnt make the purchase so would not of read that? I am disputing this and want a full refund. Ridiculous how the money can be taken that quickly without a proper sign in or consent but refunds impossible!!!

Ich finde es sehr schade das man gelockt wird mit deutscher Beschreibung und in der app alles auf englisch ist. Auch der Körper Scan ist kur auf englisch und einen eigenen Plan per Email habe ich bis jetzt noch nicht erhalten obwohl bezahlt wurde.

There are so many scammers out there that people are skeptical when it comes to ordering online i am one of those, I've been burned way too many times - if zing believes in its platform why don't they offer a 2week or month free trail ????????????????? if i get a good workout and results from the trail i will definitely sign up, but i will never purchase blindly not again i’ve been scammed way to many times

Biggest waste of time ever
Biggest waste of time ever, paid the 20 odd pound to get a fitness plan that the workouts made no sense. As soon as you get on the app it tries to take several extras like you need it. I stupidly paid for the body scan which was just a load of crap. Told me I was the exact weight I inputted about 2 minutes before haha

Scam company. Do not do their test and dont give them your email. Scammy company says they will send your personalized plan to email after a test and they don't, just prompt you to sign up for their BS and pay them way too much for basically a chatgpt workout plan. AVOID!

I love the AI coach prompts and…
I love the AI coach prompts and responses. The work outs are always fun and I love the ability to change the specific exercises us I don’t like them. At times the day to day is exactly the same- something seems to be missing in that regard. But I just do a custom work out when I notice it’s the same.

It’s almost there
The idea of the app is very good. I really like everything it offers in terms of AI. I also like the physical and flexibility tests it provides. The only reason I stopped using the subscription—and if they improved this, I would definitely come back—is that there isn’t good synchronization between the watch and the app. Sometimes it freezes when I try to skip to another exercise. For me, this is essential because gyms can often be crowded, and to save time, you might need to jump to another exercise and then return to your routine later. If this issue were fixed, I would definitely start using the app again.
