I absolutely love this tool. It’s the best by far in my opinion. You have to be faithful about using it, however. Thank you for making this wonderful beauty to all.

J'ai acheté un Ziip Halo en novembre 2025, au bout de 4 mois d'utilisation, celui a commencé à disfontionner.
Désynchronisation avec l'application, impossibilité parfois de l'arrêter. Et finalement au bout de 5 mois, il ne fonctionne plus du tout. Cet achat a été suite au conseil de Sonia Sélaire, et compte-tenu du prix élevé du produit, je m'attendais à un service après-vente honnête et de qualité. Après plusieurs réclamations, je n'ai eu qu'un seul retour pour m'expliquer comment fonctionne l'appareil que j'utilisais depuis 4 mois. Aucun confiance et respect pour les clients et depuis pas de prise en charge de la garantie, aucune proposition de remboursement contre le retour de l'appareil défectueux. J'ai l'impression de mettre fait arnaquer et me reste à voir ce qu'il m'est possible de faire.

The gel is so much better than cheaper alternatives. It actually costs less because a little goes a long way and it doesn't dry out quickly, which means you don't have to stop in the middle and add more.

This is, hands down, the best skin care I have ever invested in. I thought it might be hype- but no, this delivers in a number of ways. Ziip far exceeded my expectations.

I have been using my ziip for a year and a half and have noticed an improvement with the texture and overall appearance of my skin. I recently upgraded to the Silver Gel and feel it has made an impact as well.

The device actually works! You just have to be faithful and the serum is nice. It works very well with the unit and whenever I order things come very promptly. It’s always really easy. I appreciate it very much.

After years of supporting this company and their products, I am extremely disappointed in the support that has become non-existent since the acquisition by Current Body.

The current complaints are valid. App doesn’t work, devices don’t work and support is non-existent. Very sad.

I upgraded to the ziip halo 2.0 a few months ago. Because I am in my very late 70's, I am not getting the results that someone in their 40's or 50's but I feel like the 3 to 4 treatments a week help with some sculpting and strengthening my face and neck area. I do like the upgrades, a cover for the charger, more choices on the app (excellent) and a quieter "beep" sound.

I have been using my Ziip Halo for a couple of years and loving the results . Following the app treatments with Melanie guiding the process has made a profound difference in the texture firmness and health of my skin.
I recently had an issue with my device, and the customer service was immediately responsive and resolved the problem promptly.
Overall an excellent experience.

I purchased a Ziip Halo on sale during Black Friday 2025, and by April 2026, the device would not work. I emailed customer service as instructed by the website and the app, and didn't hear back for days. I escalated to their Instagram, got a DM from someone there telling me to fill out a warranty claim on their website, which I did; however, the warranty claim page states I'll have to pay the difference between the current price and the sale price for a replacement device. How is this acceptable customer service? For a device that is approx. $400 USD retail, customer service should respond via email, have a working live chat on their website, or a phone number we can call. Further, I shouldn't have to pay additional money for a warranty replacement because a device broke after FOUR MONTHS of intermittent use. I used the Ziip gels, I wiped the device down with a clean, dry cloth after each use, and ensured to not get any gel in the charger port. Buyer beware - customer service is a nightmare, and for how much you're spending you would expect a customer service experience that aligns with the price point.

Saw results within a couple of weeks using. It's easy and very effective.
