Used Zero Waste a few times now and they’ve always been fantastic. Reliable, friendly and very quick. I think it’s great value considering the hassle/logistics involved in getting rid of large household items or clearing out a house when moving. I definitely recommend them.

I have used Zero waste for commercial waste and privately. The staff in the office and in the trucks are very helpful. If I require a wait and load the staff in the office try to accommodate my requirements and the operatives in the trucks have been exceptionally helpful. I highly recommend there services

The unuseful Sideboard. Why pay the Council to destroy it? Bits of it were teak. It could possibly make 2 small useful cupboards. Zero waste seemed a great idea. Contacted they were willing and able and very committed to re-cycling which was what we hoped for. The men who collected it were prompt, efficient and cheerful a pleasure to do business with. Thanks.

When delay in getting to us you called to keep us informed. Treated us, the relatives of the deceased, with respect and were polite at all times also brought humour to a difficult situation. Hard working lads.

This company made it so easy and straight forward to book a removal of a 2 seater sofa from my disabled Brothers property.They were so understanding to his needs and went above and beyond to accommodate him as I couldn't be there on the day.There were two very polite and friendly men who assisted him.Thankyou so much,I would certainly reccomend this company.Well worth the price.

Phone was always answered promptly - very helpful on the phone.
The 2 guys who did our waste clearance were amazing - very thorough and careful. They worked really hard.
The only issue was a slight misunderstanding about the time window we had booked, but this was sorted as soon as we phoned.
