Zen Shots Arvostelua 

We arrived at our family photoshoot and got greeted with smiley faces, quickly seen to by our photographer Meg and taken to the room for our shoot. She straight away asked what music our girls (almost 3) liked to help them settle in, they had a dance and run about and felt very comfortable. She was so encouraging and enthusiastic, our photoshoot went amazingly and she said she’d got some great photos. We can’t wait to go back and see them!

We had such a lovely experience with Zen Shots Northampton from start to finish. We were both quite anxious because we don’t really like having our photos taken, but the lady who did our photo shoot made us feel so comfortable and relaxed. She was brilliant with our baby too, which made the whole experience really enjoyable.

When we came back to view the photos a week later, the lady who showed them to us was also so lovely and welcoming. The final photos were absolutely beautiful, and we’re so happy to have these special memories captured.

Although the prices were higher than we had originally planned for, there was absolutely no pressure. They worked with us to put together a package that suited our budget and even included two extra photos, which we really appreciated. They also told us it would probably take a few days to receive the photos however they’d been sent to us in just a couple of hours!

We’d definitely recommend Zen Shots Northampton to anyone looking for a friendly, professional photography experience. Thank you for making our baby’s photo shoot such a special one!

I don’t know know where to begin! I had such a wonderful experience with the team! Tung was an amazing photographer, talented and you could see how much he loved his job! He made the shoot engaging and fun for me and my little one. And captured some amazing photos!!

And then at our consultation, Alex was super friendly and made the process even more beautiful. He took his time explaining and going through everything. And was even super patient with a fussy toddler! He seems like such a cool and outgoing gentleman!

The prices, yes are high. But time was taken to explain the pricing to me and with the payment plan, I came away very happy and satisfied.

I would definitely recommend the team and the company if you’re looking for a friendly team, people who really do seem to care and love their jobs! And the talent is beyond amazing!

Honourable mention, I spoke to a female or two over the phone a few times. And even then I was met with kind, respectful and such lovely people.

We won a Pet Pawtrait competition on Facebook for a free photoshoot and we had a wonderful experience with the team who were very helpful and engaging. Photographer Megan was lovely, she made us feel at ease and worked with us to create lots of photos so we had plenty of choice. The cost of the packages was made clear to us but we were not under pressure to accept, we could have gone away with just our free print. Ashley was our fine art consultant and was such a warm, friendly person who complimented us on our chemistry as a couple and the success of the photoshoot with our two cats, which he said was rare to see. I found this very touching - the experience was enhanced by the company of Buddy, a sweet cockerpoo he was looking after who clearly loved being in the studio and cuddled up next to us as we viewed our photos.

This was my third experience with Zen, this time a new photographer Megan. She was hugely enthusiastic, innovative and a pure delight to work with. She welcomed Fizzy my little rescue dog with enthusiasm and quickly Fizzy knew she had a lovely new friend. Could not recommend her more highly. Looking forward to seeing the results next week !!

They said that I won a free shoot then call me saying I have to pay? When I fob them off they keep calling EVERYDAY and when I block them they move to WhatsApp at this point it's harassment. Also if your advertising a giveaway for a free shoot then why are we having to pay for it ? False advertising I DO NOT recommend

Amazing experience. We had Megan and she really made us feel at home, walking us through the poses to do, allowing us to play our own music.

The prices are a little steep for me, but they do offer a really good experience.

The entire experience from start to end was amazing! we got to choose our own music and the direction from our photographer was super helpful and creative, she made us really comfortable - definitely going to come back and will be referring friends and family to Zen Shots !!

Our photographer was full of energy and ideas and on a day when both my children were exhausted he brought great energy.

Izzy was absolutely fabulous and very attentive during my shoot. My little one played up and she spent so much time helping my newborn adjust and we got some beautiful shots in the end. Worth the pennies on the pictures at the end.

We booked a newborn photoshoot and it was fantastic from start to finish. Niah was amazing with our little boy and captured some truly beautiful photos. She made us feel completely at ease and guided us throughout, ensuring we captured those special moments perfectly.

We then returned to view the photos, which were presented on a projector in a cinema style screening with Alex which was a really unique and personal touch that made the whole experience feel even more special.

Overall, the experience felt very personalised and professional, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Zen for a photoshoot. We’ll definitely be returning for his first birthday.

Really fun, relaxed, casual vibe. Such a heart warming, once in a life time experience. The session enhanced and strengthened bonds and relationships! It created a real reflection and almost clarified and put the cherry on top of our secure family network! The whole experience was joyful, full of laughter, we really enjoyed our experience at zenshots- we felt comfortable since the moment a staff member opened their doors, all staff were friendly, outgoing, approachable, “friend like” and allowed us to feel freely to be who we are to capture “real emotions” zen shots really do what they say!

Was gifted a photo shoot after niece won it. I am comparing this experience with my other shoots I have had elsewhere.

Megan was a wonderful photographer, whole session was lovely and quite enjoyable.

Unlike other photo shoots, no drinks offered.

I have however, gone away not wanting to return to see images due to the prices of them £115 for 1 image and the price goes up quick into £1000s.

As a mother on maternity leave all I can think is I am going to have to leave the images of my beautiful children. This is because the prices are so much higher than the other shoots I went to, even with buying prints and artwork of good quality with others.

You can pay monthly, but 30% discount is steep.

I had a great experience at my photoshoot. I was able to express myself and Tung captured my personality really well. I really loved watching my photos on a "big screen":) and Alex has been really good in providing me with the right product. The studio is in a great location and is very wellcoming and well set up.

Very good experiences I won 3 baby photoshoots and we had our 2nd one yesterday. The photographers are always lovely and all the staff are very friendly. The only thing I'd say is that it is very expensive when it comes to buying the photos and it does make you not want to take up the offer of the free shoots but it is always a very pleasant experience.

It was a great shoot, fantastic photographer. However, when it came to the end the price for the digital sand art was so expensive we just couldn’t afford it. £120 for one digital photo or £900 for 10 digital photos.
We won the photoshoot but that seems to be how they get people in as everyone seems to win.

We had a great morning at Zen Shots. Katie was so natural. We were a family group of 10, grandparents, our grown up children, their husband/wife and the four cousins. To start with everyone was a little reserved, but Katie warmed everyone up. The couples were asking for more and more! Great experience, can't wait to have the cinema show.

I had a dream wonderful experience

Our photographer, Megan, was brilliant. She made the session fun so it didn't feel as though we were 'posing' for photos. It was fun family time which she captured brilliantly. She had imaginative ideas to get 4 people relaxed & enjoying themselves which is very evident in the photos she has taken.

They tell you you’ve won a free shoot and then try to charge you an extortionate amount of money for photos. Even digital images are nearly £900 for 10! Absolutely ridiculous.
