Buyer beware. I purchased some cute overalls that were advertised as 70% off on Facebook. Then I received an email saying my package had been lost. I asked to cancel the order but they said it couldn’t be canceled at this point. Then it was found but delayed subject to an inspection. It finally arrived and was not what I expected at all, but I fell for the heartwarm message that they were a small business. The website said it was a company owned by a single mom (Liam) with a child (Harper) with Down syndrome. I decided to keep the item and I reversed the dispute i had filed with my credit card. Today I tried to wear it and the pant legs do not stay rolled up as the photo suggests, and the fabric is clearly different than the photo. It is a cheap polyester and the legs are too short to wear. I did more research on the company and found that it is not a small business in Charleston but rather a large warehouse with products coming from China. I do not recommend!

I wouldn’t even give it one star. What I got after weeks of waiting was a cheap polyester dress, that didn’t have the pleats in front. It’s really synthetic and unattractive. There are not even washing instructions. When I asked for return info they said since it was on clearance so they could only refund me $4.99, on the $50 I paid for it. Really- this website is a scam.

DO NOT ORDER FROM LIAM AN HARPER. IT’S A SCAM. As all the other reviews say- first I received endless email updates about my order being delayed but that they were watching it closely. Each came with discount coupon to order more. DON’T!

One item (jumpsuit) arrived 3 weeks after the order date. It’s made of a rough polyester fabric and the floral pattern sublimated on the fabric is blurry and super enlarged. The garment isn’t cut at all like the website photo and has no hardware on the straps. It’s nothing like the garment in the photo.
It will go straight into my trash.

I wouldn't even give them one star! They said something happened to my original order, but don't worry we have a replacement! The three dresses look like they were made in a child factory. The material is awful, they in no way looked anything like what I ordered online.

It is a bait and switch company and they used me having a son with Down syndrome to relate to the owner!!!!!! Absolutely disgusting. I wouldn't even donate these to Goodwill!

I felt like the company did a decent job of staying in communication about shipping issues. (Took about a month.) I ordered two pair of overalls, one Large, one XL. Both were too small shoulder-to-groin, and they really are cheaply made. I considered returning them, but the returns have to be made to China. I will gift it, and learn my expensive lesson.

The service is horrible. The dresses I received are polyester, not the cotton I expected. I thought I was buying from Charleston, SC, not China. It took 3 weeks to get to me, and I kept getting emails saying they are sending a replacement item. When you select something to order, it says that it is backed by a 30 day money back guarantee, however in reading the return policy, it indicates that if an item is on clearance, it isn't returnable. In addition, even if it IS returnable, you need to return it and pay shipping costs to China. Ridiculous.

Do not waste your time on anything you see. What you see and what you get are two entirely different breeds!
I cannot get money back as I purchased at a "sale price" and the overalls are so poorly made that I will be cutting it up for rags rather than wearing it. I should have taken the time to check out reviews....

I kept getting emails giving various excuses for why it was taking so long to receive my dress. Their marketing make it look like a high end shop but the quality of the dress was appalling. I saw them on Facebooks and was enticed by the look of their ad, but now I know to be more cautious.

I wish I could give zero stars. Do not buy from this company! I wish I had read Trustpilot reviews before I ordered. I also had the runaround with lost order, delay due to inspection, etc. Tried to cancel, but was told too late, and could possibly return (for a cost) after I received the items.
Dresses are made of cheap, shiny, printed material, and poorly constructed. No care instructions, just a size tag. Such a scam.

UGH! I have learned a valuable lesson here. Check Trust Pilot before ordering from something from a company like this. No different than Temu which u refuse to ever order from.
I ordered a set of overalls from Liam and Harper and as soon as it went through and I saw that it was international shipping I knew I would regret it.
After being "lost in shipment" my replacement arrived today and it is awful! Cheaply made of crummy polyester with horrible print.
I immediately sent a note to company and because it was on sale (I am embarrassed to say how much I paid even for sale price) it's doubtful they will accept a return.

I learned a very valuable lesson here. I'm trying not to order from Amazon, but at least I know if I get something crappy there I can return it.

I was notified that my original order was lost in transit and that the company was sending a repalcement. I promptly emailed requesting a credit and was told that it was in the process of being shipped and they could not stop the process. This was my 2nd request to cancel the order for credit, the first time was around the 24 hourmark of the order being placed and was told pretty much the same thing. The order was placed over 2 weeks ago and today I finally received 2 items of the 6 I ordered. I have sent another email requesting a credit and cencelation of all the other items that I have not received and have asked ho to return the 2 items I received today for credit.

After reading reviews I am not hopeful that I will hear back from the company or get a credit.

Fabric is cheap slick!! Awful

Don’t waste your money. My order FINALLY arrived. The only sewn in tags were size. No fabric label. No care instructions. I’m not sure this “fabric” is even washable.

Blouse was advertised as LINEN & COTTON but when it arrived I was so disappointed.
The (per labeling laws) tag says 95% Polyester 5% Elastane. It is cheaply sewn and the scale of the print is NOT the sane as pictured on the model on website. Cheap and Sleazy. Now it says I have to send it back to China?!! And I have another dress soon to arrive and am wary!

I’ve been scammed. The quality of the product is very poor, not at all what is presented in the photos. I immediately threw them away.

PLEASE do not spend a penny on this company. It is a total fake company. China has found another way to steal US dollars. I followed all instructions for returning two items I purchased and they refuse to refund me. It is a SCAM

Scam! Item did arrive, but quality nothing like photo. The returns policy charges $40 to return the goods back to China, even though I asked if the items came from NZ in which they confirmed they did. Liam & Harper did refund me 40% of my order so feeling a bit lucky I got something.

I am surprised at myself, that I didn't check out Liam & Harper ahead of purchasing. I usually go to Trustpilot before doing anything else. Didn't do it this time; grrrr.
They have had my money two weeks. Have had 3 emails about my order being confirmed/on its way/delayed; none have an order number or reference. Just emailed them to chase my order; the message back from them didn't even have a legit email address or an email signature.
Have messaged again demanding my money back; not hopeful.
Be careful out there ...

Another bloody scam site - damn, wish I had of googled it before I ordered. Denim dress looks nothing like the dress I ordered at all... It's not even denim although it clearly is on the photo. It's a cheap shiny, polyester see-through Chinese fabric. Absolutely NOTHING like the photo and paid $80 on special!!
