Good morning, apologies that the product never arrived with you. I can see from the DPD tracking that 2 attempts were made to the delivery address but no-one was available to take the goods in.

As there was also no response to DPD's e-mail asking for your preferred further instructions, this has been returned to us. Our team have only just received this due to the bank holiday weekend so we will get a refund processed on this now for you.

I loved the service and choice of…

I loved the service and choice of sweets but I found they weren’t evenly distributed which was disappointing

Thank you for your review and apologies that you found the quality disappointing. We’d love to know more on this as I’ve investigated your order and product and we’ve not had any logged issues with this product.

If you are happy to confirm and share the best before date along with the batch code as well as some further details on the quality, we’d like to send this off to the manufacturer to investigate. This is something that all manufacturers take very seriously and will want to be made away of.

Quick service and great customer service.
I had an issue with the delivery and it was sorted quickly and without fuss. Would definitely buy again and recommend.
