Disappointing! I ordered a dress around a month or so ago, it arrived but unfortunately the size was wrong, it was too small. I tried to contact zapaka service, only first email was ever responded to. I sent multiple emails, asking for follow ups, asking for help and nothing! I really liked the dress but there was no communication with the service whatsoever. Be careful! If something will be wrong with your dress you just lost £100+! Im really disappointed and would not recommend to anyone!

The worst company ever. They will go offline once you want to return a dress and lie there’s a problem with their social media accounts! I’m now stuck with a £120 dress that’s awful quality!!! They are also based in China not the uk. Devious company that lie and scam you out of money

Fiz a encomenda ZAPAKAPT5371 de um vestido. O mesmo chegou dia 27/03, dentro do prazo de entrega previsto e era lindíssimo, mas não me serve.
Após o receber e verificar que o mesmo não serve consultei novamente ao políticas da empresa ZAPAKA, incluíndo a de devolução.
Segundo a política desta empresa tenho 7 dias para pedir a devolução do vestido, e não o posso enviar para eles sem antes falar com o apoio ao cliente que me indicará como devo proceder à devolução do mesmo. Para falar com o apoio ao cliente eles indicam 3 formas, chat, WhatsApp ou email.
No dia seguinte (dia 28) tentei entrar em contato com esta empresa pelas 3 formas possíveis, para me indicarem como devia proceder à devolução do vestido. O chat não está em funcionamento, o WhatsApp diz que o número não tem, só me restou o email.
Desde o dia 28/03 até hoje 04/04 continuo sem resposta a como devo proceder para devolver o vestido. Ontem, voltei a enviar vários emails à empresa e hoje, voltei novamente a enviar diversos emails (que tenho como provar) sem uma única resposta.

Vejo que esta empresa está a fazer o possível para não me responder e assim não ter que efetuar a devolução que por lei e segundo a sua política, tenho dinheiro.

Abri uma disputa no PayPal, na esperança que esta empresa me respondesse aos emails e de recuperar o meu dinheiro, mas nem à disputa no PayPal eles decidiram responder.

NÃO COMPREM AQUI!
Porque se não serve, ou não gostam, ou vem com defeito, ou o quer que seja, não têm ninguém que vos dê uma resposta do apoio ao cliente.
Não conseguem falar com ninguém, ninguém vos responde. São péssimos.
Já para não falar que eles fazem aparentar estar na Europa, até mesmo no nosso país, mas vem tudo direto da China, por isso os prazos de entrega são longos.

Absolutely awful company, tried to return two dresses, sent emails, live chat Absolutely no response. Nearly £300 out of pocket and a very upset daughter, prom ruined

I was really, really worried I got scammed after ordering and reading the reviews on here. It took a long time for customer service to reply, but they were really nice. It took a total of 8 weeks (2months) for the dress to arrive after ordering, but honestly, I couldn't be happier with the outcome. It's a gorgeous dress and the quality was so much better than I thought it would be. I'd recommend but my only advice would be to order months in advance before your event.

I feel the .co.uk website offers false reassurance.

Their items are of really bad quality, I paid £32 for a dress that is basically falling apart. Asked for a refund, they don't respond. chased several times and then they offered 10% back.

ordered a dress and it arrived just like in the photos! i admit i was very worried reading the bad reviews, and as i dont plan to return this dress i cant speak on their returns policy, but for me shipping was fast (arrived in 10 days!!) and the quality of the dress is great. they do ship from china so as long as you arent concerned about long shipping times or returns then zapaka is great!

Terrible do not buy from them.
Only way to return items is to pay for them to delivered to an address in China! Even though they are called Zapaka UK!
Completely have you fooled you are buying from a uk company. Nothing anywhere on their site does it say returns to China only

Ordered a fleece jacket which took 5 weeks to arrive and terrible customer service.
It arrived and looked nothing like the picture, but instead a highly flammable item that i couldn't even give to a charity !!

Obviously I requested a return/refund and have no response to my emails!!!!!!!!!!

this will be the last time i am fooled/scammed.

I have tried to return my order twice over email, as well as over WhatsApp and chat function. I have received no response. Awful customer service. My order number is ZAPAKAUK42091.

Wish I could give no stars as their customer service is non-existent! I emailed weeks ago asking to return 2 dresses and they just won’t get back to me. I have sent many emails since and tried talking to them on their live chat which is an absolute waste of time as it says someone will get back to you but never does! I would just like to know where to return my items to but they will not reply!!
Avoid using at all cost unless you want to waste your money!

Ordered a dress for my works do. I was told it would take a week which would have been plenty of time to find something else but took 4 weeks! This was after my works do so I sent it back. I never got my money back for the dress or nearly £20 postage. £70 down the drain. DO NOT OTDER FROM THESE.

Ordered a dress arrived two sizes smaller than what I ordered. Contacted seller they do not acknowledge their garment is defective, insists the the buyer pays postage to return item back to China cost £40.00+ on a £100 dress. Bought via PayPal reported to them. Buyer beware it is not worth the hazel dealing with this company. Quality of goods we good it is a shame the company do not except their responsibilities with faulty goods.

Massive delays in delivery
When we finally got the two dresses we decided we wanted to return one.
I have not gotten a response to my email asking how to return because apparently you need their approval to return.
Complete joke.

The suit I ordered for my partner was too small.

But first of all they use a delivery company that doe not leave a card when they are trying to deliver - they left the parcel with a neighbour who thankfully brought the parcel to us.

Trying to return the item is a nightmare - they do not answer their emails and the live chat does not work. I can't get an address out of them to send a return. The ironic thing is I would buy the next size up, but it is too risky
Update - I managed to get an address by starting a PayPal dispute and got my money back

I ordered a dress for my friends wedding, I ordered a UK size 14 and then sent a UK10, even worse the dress was not the same as the one I had ordered. Order: WBQDUK5103. I haven't been able to get a response from the email addresses provided for refund, so I have been completely ignored despite the fact they have not sent what I ordered.
I opened a case with PayPal in order to contact them and confirm that I had not received what I ordered, I sent pictures of the dress and the labels on the dress. they ignored my email and responded confirming that the package had been delivered, this is a joke as they did not deliver what I ordered and paid £90 for. I have now replied again for a return label to send back the item I NEVER ordered for a refund and am again Longley waiting a response. the biggest upset here is that I never ordered what they sent but I am expected to pay for it despite being able to prove its not what I ordered. My next move will be to ask paypal to handle the dispute and as I paid with credit card via paypal I am going to report the fraud to the bank. I would completely avoid this company all together and any like it as it is a scam.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY Update… having finally received some kind of response It now turns out you have to return items to China. This is both costly and not easy. I’ve managed to get something sorted at the cost of £10. Dress was £50. I will risk it see what happens as bought via Klarna.
Zapaka is a rip off company and the fact you have to return it to China I’m guessing most don’t bother so they just keep robbing money. Save yourself the trouble and your hard earned cash it’s not worth the risk!! You have been warned. I will update on how the return goes. (Bought dress end of Dec 23)
