Everything was perfect from start to finish very safe friendly food was very nice

Amazing day with brilliant guides, very friendly and knowledgeable nothing is too much to ask, food was amazing very well organised. Photographs are amazing and well worth the money

Ottima organizzazione.tutto perfetto. Consigliato .

Siamo stati ad Orange bay.
Sull'imbarcazione è presente molto personale sempre disponibile e attento.
Pranzo e colazione in abbondanza, drink sempre disponibili.

This our last trip in Egypt to orange bay with your company, it was the worst trip ever , there’s no safety while jumping to the boat we across a long wooden thin board and then jump to a boat and jump through the other boat to ride to the last boat, its was more than 70 person on the boat after that we are a group of 4 and 2 of us get migrants and we didn’t found any medicine for the emergency, about the food it was worst food ever and we all get sick and have a stomach pain, regarding to the staff they’re not friendly and they forced us to pay a tips and after we paying it they treat us by a bad way and they didn’t help us while we getting out of the boat i will record it to the police and cdws...

absolutely not be a manager: instead of listening calmly and professionally, he started yelling at our daughter. Outrageous, disrespectful, and intimidating. He ruined our entire experience.

The staff are uninterested, unfriendly, and do not listen at all. Everything there revolves around money, not about people or the experience. After 11 years of loyal visits, we can only conclude: the Dolphin House has completely turned into a commercial racket where customers are ripped off and treated with disrespect.

We will never return and absolutely do not recommend this place to anyone. If you are looking for a pleasant dolphin experience, do NOT go here you will only get frustration, poor service, and a manager who yells at you.

First visit to Egypt.. booked day trip to Orange Bay Island, snorkeling & parasailing with my 8 year old son. NO CONTACT from Zanetta.. I messaged them TWICE in regards to pick up time. NO REPLY. Our ticket said 8:30am? So we waited outside the hotel from 8:15-9:15. No-one came. It was my Birthday too! What a LET DOWN. they finally messaged me about 9:30am, saying it was an 'internal error'?? & driver wasn't able to locate me?? I had supplied hotel details & room number? SPOILT MY BIRTHDAY. Would never book again

Was ik, but had 2 better excursions that were more private, less pushy, and better food, short snorkeling stops…

Last year we went in summer with this tour and had an amazing time with my daughter . So this year we booked the same trip. But this time with my parents. Again an amazing experience. The snorkeling, orange bay or swimming with the dolphins. Everything is possible. The crew is amazing. Fair prices and a amazing experience. Drinks and food included. Hope to see you next time again guys. Big hugs from constance from Belgium.

Verry nice guys. Good food

My experience with Zanetta Tours was absolutely amazing! The service is highly professional, and the team is incredibly friendly and helpful. The trips are well-organized, with every detail carefully planned to ensure maximum comfort and enjoyment.

I have tried multiple tours with them, including sea trips and safaris, and each time, the service was consistently excellent. Many of my friends recommended this company to me, and after experiencing it myself, I can confidently say they were absolutely right!

I highly recommend Zanetta Tours to anyone looking for an unforgettable travel experience in Egypt. 💙✨
