I got my product, which was difficult to obtain from other sources because it was out of stock. My only observation is that an order might take a few weeks to receive so be patient.

On 12/6/23, I was searching for a Custom Lions Jersey for my son for Christmas. I came across zanaboutique.com, read (not carefully) FAQs and About pages which were written ok at the time and thought "seems legit". The banner on the website said order by 12/6 to get by Christmas. I placed my order that. I later discovered that my payment went to Dinh Khac Xuan. The USPS tracking number was created in Jamaica New York (company address is in Tennessee). Area code for phone number was yet another state (601- Mississippi). I thought for sure I'd been scammed and wrote it off. Then, about two weeks ago there was as an update to the tracking number saying the Jersey was on it's way 😲. It just arrived today... The day after the Lions were knocked out of Superbowl contention 😂. Anyway, long story short, I got my special order item albeit about a month later than was expected. Hope they can get their 💩 in a group, for their own sake.

Customer service is awful. Guaranteed by a certain date, received a month later. When I tried to return the used, still in the package, goods, they refused them.

Look up the street address on Google Maps it is a house!
They only accept PayPal!
Read the faqs-they make no sense!
Why don't people do research before buying from sites?

Ordered a gift for Christmas on
Dec 3 (Website says order by Dec 6 for Christmas delivery and Dec 8 for New years delivery). Checked in twice as the tracking doesn't work and when checking in, was given no help, just sorry about that - nothing we can do nor can we see tracking. It is New Years Day - still nothing. Super frustrating. Probably just going to have to say sorry to my kiddo and eat the $100 as there is nobody helpful. Usually don't do poor reviews, but very disappointed in this company.

Terrible customer service. I had successfully canceled an order and was told via email I would receive a refund in 3-5 days. I contacted them after 9 days when I had not received it and was told again I would receive a refund in 3-5 days. After not receiving the refund again, I had contacted them 4 times without any response and was left to dispute the charge with my bank . Terrible customer service. Would not recommend

This company is a scam. I ordered something on Dec 6 and still have not received it. The tracking number doesn’t work and I’m not receiving any response.

This company is a SCAM. I ordered an item and got a tracking number. However, I haven’t heard anything more nor have I received the item. Please do not use. Someone needs to stop these crooks!

Company is a scam. All of the good reviews are from the same date. February 24, 2023. Phones don't work or just ring forever and they don't respond to email inquiries.

I ordered my shoes on 11/27 here it is 12/14 and I keep getting the run a round with incorrect tracking numbers and everything I would not recommend using this site for anyone scammers are what they are

I bought Two pairs of sneakers for $68.00 each and received foam shoes there so horrible I would not recommend them if your looking for sneakers.very disappointing.

I ordered customized crocs for my grandson very hard to get them to even send an email to confirm the order but they did charge my credit card. After 45 days I got my shoes but the wrong size, not their problem they told me. No refund no correct size sent. Please stay away from this company if you don’t want problems that will never be solved.

I’m so glad I looked at these before ordering the most recent two reviews still have not got their shipping information or product or anything and if you continue looking on there’s over 14 reviews from September 24 all on the same day there’s no freaking way stay away from the site!!

I enjoy the variety of items and products you can purchase. The values are quite good. Delivery is timely and if it is not going to be they let you know. I have never had to return anything to date. Everything I have ordered has arrived just as I expected.
