Products are absolutely good
Products are absolutely good, I have their foundation for more than 4 years, their mascara is not so toxic for my eyes and creams really hydrate and do what it says on the box. Plus the gifts and some of their nice Perfumes. Perfume does not stay on for very long, I'd rather say it feels like EDT.
I had a one month delayed delivery because they didn't took payment, they did sent the order after I complained but they still were delayed more than 2!!! months. They never took that payment tho... They need to fix their operations abroad, UK especially, because the products worth it totally!!

I was told a replacement will be sent straight away. A week later I was told it was out of stock. After another week passed I asked for a refund still received nothing. That request was ignored and was told to wait another 48h for them to send the order out. 4 days later still nothing been sent out and STILL NO REFUND.

Although I read previous reviews I decided to place an order (definitely using paypal in case anything went wrong) because their blemish gel was recommended to prevent breakouts by a TOP BEAUTY YOUTUBER called DIMMA UMEH who has a large following of 100,000 subscribers. I searched for the item and saw that it was on sale at half price so I ordered 3. I also ordered a scrub to mix facewash set.
I was anxious to know if I would receive my order and receive the correct items. In one of the reviews it said you don't get your customer order number until your items have arrived? That wasn't the case for me and I received my customer number via email immediately I placed my order. I also received all order details and an estimated delivery of 8-10 days (which I thought was pretty slow since I had paid for delivery and the items are within Europe!). I received the correct items I ordered and the correct free gift withinthe 8 days- order made on 17/7/2017 and received at home on 25/7/2017. Overall i didn't have any hitches and was kept up to date with emails about despatch, ordered items etc. It was a pleasant experience for me. One thing I would recommend to them is to make their shipping time faster! Based on my first experience ordering with them I would have to recommend. Fingers crossed, they keep it this way. DIMMA UMEH actually caused the zero blemish gel to sell out in the LAGOS Yves Rocher store and I can say it's a great cream that keeps break outs at bay!
I don't know if the products are good, nobody can locate my order
I don't know if the products are good, I heard good things about them from a french friend, I made an order in the UK webiste and nobody could locate my order with the order number, I was told to make the order again then someone told me not to order again but to send an e-mail to ask where the order was, also some customer service person was very rude, terrible customer service, maybe the products are good who knows but their delivery service is useless or non existent, feels like a fake website almost, will check my bank account

stupid company that does not provide bags when purchasing. Selling customers a bag for $2.95 instead of the usual 5 cents a bag in Canada. I made a purchased of $200 and they didn't even give me a free bag.. never again . The sale associate was so rude about me not having a bag too.... You guys need to train your sales associates become more friendlier to customers...
Delivery
Deliveries take much too long. Ive ordered for the first time on the 10th of March, today is the 24th of March and I haven't received my order, after a telephone call they've told me that it will take 14 days for the item to arrive. I've just ordered some shampoo and payed p&p for it, so I can't see why I should wait for over 2 weeks for it. I would have kept ordering from them but not after that. 1 week for delivery yes over 2 weeks no way.
Rang them again today 28th of Mach and they said I should receive it in a few days, well I might as well have ordered from China. Update: 29.3. still hasn't arrived.
Bad customer service
The customer service is actually the worst thing about this company and i was not happy about the products either. Will never buy from here again
Unfunctional website and poor customer service
I have been with the company for 5 years by now. I love the products. Very high quality, natural, plant based and really working at least for me. I never had a problem delivering my orders to my own address. However, forget sending a gift to your friend. It is next to impossible. It is a very easy task and other websites have no problem doing it. However, every time you put a different address in delivery section with Yves Rocher, it is a good chance that your order will come to you, not to your friend. It is like Yves Rocher is not interested in spreading the word about their products. And what really puts me down is that they are aware of it. The customer service rep told me the other day that, yes, I know there is a problem, I know the website is convoluted, I apologize but cannot help with anything, I cannot change the address even if the order haven't leaved the warehouse yet, in fact I cannot even say with certainty which address it is supposed to go to. So, based on that, Yves Rocher you are getting only 2 out of 5 no matter how good your products are.

j'essaye depuis ce matin de régler une commande sur leur site internet avec des e-carte cadeau or ce moyen de règlement n'est pas proposé (belle escroquerie),j'essaye de les contacter par e-mail or les e-mail reviennent,j'essaye par téléphone l'option réclamation n'existe pas. je dis bravo les ESCROCS

Poor and rude customer service
ordered first time anything from Yves Rocher. Didn't like the products and developed rashes on using one of the product. When wanted to return it, was told that the returns cannot be made in store. When I asked why wasn't I notified when making the online purchase, the customer service representative rudely argued and claimed it is mentioned on the website. When searched the website it is nowhere mentioned that online purchases cannot be returned in stores. Emailed customer service people multiple times but no response whatsoever. Very rude, irresponsible, unreasonable and unacceptable experience with this company.
No goods received to phantom order to get me to take more products
If I could give a zero score, I would. I made my first order with Yves Rocher on Nov 16 and received an email confirmation of my order. After not receiving my order, I contacted customer service on Dec 4. Apparently due to a system error, my order was never processed. I was then asked by customer service whether I would like to have my original order re-ordered. I replied yes.
On Dec 7, I got a email to say that my order is about to be dispatched. On Dec 10, I got an email to say that my order has now been dispatched. Unfortunately, this is a totally different order containing 13 items that I did not order!
I then had to call customer service because the issue is just too difficult to resolve over email. I was told that it was too late for the parcel to be cancelled and there was almost disbelief that an order exists in the system that I did not order. I was told that I can send it back (at my expense but more hassle for me) and my postage would be reimbursed.
But considering that the amount of time that I've spent to try and rectify the situation (and I still don't have the original item that I had wanted to purchase), I really regret having made my first purchase with this company.
Never again!
They lost my parcel, never answered for complaints, secondly sent wrong gift separately
I am long-term customer - over 20 years. Now I stay in UK so I have Yves Rocher's experience from a couple countries. I made my last order on 31st of July, I paid and received a confirmation email. On 18th of Aug the parcel with ONLY wrong gift has been left with my neighbours and I collected it. I ordered other bag as a gift so I was very disappointed! But worse came only...
Because I did not have my main parcel the first claim has been made by on-line Customer Service on 21st of Aug, the second one on 24th of August and I have copies of both complaints but I DID NOT RECEIVE ANY ANSWER!!!!
Additionally I have checked the order tracking and the Hermes' (courier) website shows:
'19/08/2015 15:04 Delivered to Secure Location' - what it is means??? - I do not know!
Where is this 'Secure Location' ???? - again, I do not know !!
Today I sent the complaint number 3 !!! Maybe this time somebody will wake up and answers... Who knows... ???????
Love there products
I love that this company used plant based, natural ingredients, is eco friendly and gives free gifts to there customers. I've been ordering from Yves Rocher (Canada & US) website & catalogs for years, there one of my favorite places to buy bath products. I've ordered Facial Masks, Exfoliators, Lotions, Hand Soaps, Skin Tightening products, Foot/Hand/Nail care, Body Washes, Lipstick, Eyeliners and more. My favorites are "Les Jardins De Monde" Bodywash in Brazilian Watermelon, Florida Grapefruit, Florida Orange, Africa Shea Butter & Provence Lavandin (Lavender) they work & smell amazing!!! Love there hand soaps, my fave was (Red Pepper and Tomato Basil, sold out) I can't wait for them to bring them back again. There Apricot Fruity Scrub, Peel Off Mask and Clay Pore Clearing Mask, work great and didn't irritate my sensitive skin. I love there Waterproof Eye Pencils in Turquoise & Violet, bright, amazing color, lasts all day, great for summer. SOS After-Sun Cooling Gel is wonderful after a day in the sun, soothing and smells great. I also love to get there 15pc Samplex with French purfumes, lotions, makeup and face stuff, I love them for myself or to add in gifts or cards for friends & family :)

Le cadeau annoncé, n'était plus disponible, mais aucune information n'est donnée lors qu'on passe a commande ou postérieurement (et pas par manque de temps). Sachant que c'est pour recevoir ce cadeau que j'avais passé la commande, sinon, je serais allé dans un magasin (et pas forcément chez Yves Rocher).
La livraison en 48h c'est un autre mensonge; la commande passé dimanche, n'a été traité par Yves Rocher que mercredi, c'est finalement la poste qu'a bien livré en 48h.... inadmissible§ Encore une fois, si j'aurais su que je ne recevrais ma commande que vendredi je serais allée dans un magasin.
C'est la dernière fois que je passe commande chez eux.
