Awful Experience

Awful Experience - i place my on the 10th of December. The Website say ship within 2 days receiving within 4 days if not in a remote area. I live in Denver, today is the 23rd and still have to receive my order.
Called customer service:
first time i call 4 days after i place my order - your order will get shipped today. Next day, nothing, neither the following.
I decide to send them a message through their portal. No response.
I called back and Customer Service told me your order will be shipped today. No shipment was made till 2 days ago.
Today is the 23rd and still in transit. They lie - i hate lies. Just say the truth so we don't have to keep calling and asking where is the order.

Company still in the 70's.

Received their catalogue and decided to order online. None of the discounts were applied. Ended up phoning customer service to place the order. They do not follow up with an email so if you want to track your order online it is impossible to do, as you don't have a "customer number". You have to call customer service. I have been waiting almost 2 weeks for the order I placed. Called Customer Service (which is another nightmare) and they told me that it had been shipped over a week ago and to wait.

Best product for me

I discovered Yves Rocher year 2006 when lived in America.Moved to UK and become their costumer again. Placed orders every month. Love their products. Now running out my favourite night cream and foundation,can’t find anything like it anywhere 😒. Cleared out eBay 😂
Sad they’re not in business

Lack of Custmer Service

I called and asked to speak to someone who would listen my complain about the packaging of a product. I was informed that there was no one there but I would receive a call in 48 hours. First of all that is unacceptable. I have a product named Masque Eclat Radiance Mask. The back of the tube is pink with small print directions written in faded white. There is no way I can read it and can therefore not use it. Dumb choice of color and print combination and lousy customer service.

Customer for years

Customer for years. Was sad when they left Ireland but I moved to Scotland and found them again! I loooooved their mail order. So sad to lose them again. Come back to the UK!!!

Waiting forever to place an order by phone

It is almost impossible to reach a customer representative at Yves Rocher in less than 30 minutes. Every time you call. And even after addressing the issue with their customer service, all you hear are excuses and nothing is done. Being a customer for more than 15 years I know that in the last 2-3 years this is their way of doing nothing to improve their customer service. You are encouraged to go online. That is exactly what I do but sometimes you need to speak to one of their representative.
Extremely disappointed in the stories they make up instead of fixing the problem and work towards true customer satisfaction.

I have been their customer since 2016

I have been their customer since 2016. I love their perfume even though the scent does not last long on me. I also like their Gel Effect top coat because it looks like a gel polish on your nail and the free gifts. What i do not like about them is their customer service. Pray that you don't have to contact them for anything. The people handling the phone are very rude and will sometimes hang up on you with no apology and without calling you back. I called them today to place an order and the lady hung up on me, i called back and reported the issue with the next person who answered the phone and she said "whatever" and that i should just continue with my order by telling her the item number. I had to drop the phone and this will be my last transaction with them.

Utterly Garbage customer service

A complete Scam! I bought something from Yves Rocher Cap-Sud located in Abidjan Cote d'Ivoire on Saturday March 9th at 6pm, went to the store because on yves-rocher.ci there is a sale for 30% off (22,400 FCFA vs. 15,700 FCFA). Went to the store, everything is in original price, I thought the sale ended, bought the product, went back to my hotel (i'm a foreigner traveling without a working network on my mobile), and checked their website again, it was still on sale on the website. Unfortunately there is no online store so I couldn't purchase it on the website at the discounted price. I went to the store today (march 12th), showed them proof that the website had the product on sale, they refuse to compensate me for the difference in prices, saying the website isn't updated. But it is not my (the customer) fault, it's a miscommunication between the store and the website, but they're asking the customer to pay for yves rocher's mistakes, which is completely unreasonable. All they're willing to offer is a store credit for the products I bought, so that I can buy something else from them. But I only want what I bought from them, which is over-priced according to the website.
1. There's no terms and conditions written on the receipt saying no return is allowed.
2. Mis-communication between the website and the store. I emailed Yves Rocher customer service on March 9th, the price on the website was "corrected" on March 11th Monday. They're asking the customer to pay for their mistake
3. their rationale is that when I paid for the product I accepted the price. That is because I thought the sale was ended, but apparently it wasn't according to their website.

Poor packing, poor service after the sale

Nice products and good value but they lose all value to me in product delivery. Thin boxes and complete lack of packing material plus too many products dumped into boxes too weak and small for the load. Products arrived in less than perfect condition, sometimes damaged beyond use. Add insult to injury, they do not respond to electronic requests for help AT ALL. Telephone wait times are 15 to 30 minutes and their agents will treat you poorly. Photo below are just the most recent shipment. Not the first with issues

Abandonment and disgust!

Closing their UK and Ireland operations and entire customer provision for the same it appears, allegedly due to Brexit. Disgusted at the seeming utter lack of loyalty and respect for generations of both British and Irish customers, who are now being abruptly and summarily abandoned by a once trusted brand. I hope your other EU and International customers are watching this and taking note. I believe it will cost you much more than the ongoing revenue you will be losing regionally. What was your analysis re the financial impact of brand damage I wonder??!! SHAME ON YOU!!!

What s going on?Closing their UK branch because of Brexit?They are sending me lots of special goodbye offers etc but when I tried to place order it wouldn't go through online instead it was suggested to phone or send a letter to speed up the process???Seriously???I 've been a loyal customer for nearly 30years and must have spend a fortune...very disappointed now...

When things go wrong don't expect any help!

My last and final order was a nightmare. Yves Rocher acknowledged an error on their part but were unable to do anything about it so they just kept me waiting for 5 days with no update. Hugely disappointed as I had presents coming in that shipment. In the end, I've decided to save myself time, stress and money and I've requested a refund. Once this will be actioned my account will be disactivated and it will be the end of YR for me. Sad really to see how Yves Rocher staff doesn't really care about customers. I couldn't believe when one of their advisors was typing my customer number in for 5 minutes. With such attitude and lack of consideration I forsee a very bleak future for Yves Rocher UK.

Review on vanilla bourbon

The new version of the vanilla bourbon leave a lot to be desired and does not last I would wish u return the older version that smelled great and lasted -the one that had a yellow lid

End of the Line

I have now completely had it with what used to be a first-rate company, having ordered from them at least once a month for what must be almost three decades. Over the last few years, more and more of their product range has become unavailable when ordering, which is astonishing when you consider that (at least, as we always understood) they make their own products. Back-order? Not possible, I'm told by customer service. Analysis of failed orders to predict future demand? Apparently beyond the abilities of this two-billion euro per year company. The stuff you can get hold of is very good, as my 68-year-old wife who looks in her forties demonstrates, but what you can't will have you kicking the walls in frustration.

We're going to Boots.

Absolutely ridiculous!!!

Shame on you YVES ROCHER!! Ridiculous absolutely rubbish!!!
They sent me wrong items. Contacted them and they sent again the wrong items! Contacted them AGAIN! Guess what? Sent the wrong item again! The delivery company they work with, HERMES is the worst ever! Absolutely rubbish! They don’t give you any options at all! Ask you to stay at home the whole day and wait for the parcel!! Ridiculous!

Partial order received

I placed my order on 1 january and received my parcel on 4 January.I ordered five items however received just one.from the order nutri repair shampoo,after shamppo,huile and douche are missing.tried calling their customer care but of no use...as its only in french and dutch...tried reaching them to Facebook ,twitter and mail..but nothing seems to be working.... this was the first and last time ordered online...feeling cheated...
