Une reconnaissance des clients fidèles qui n'est plus à prouver ! Des produits variés et qualitatifs. Je mets toutefois une étoile en moins car j'ai parfois eu quelques déconvenue sur la partie institut.

I've been shopping with Yves Rocher since 1997! Their products are rich in natural ingredients and made in France. The sad thing is that they do not have stores in the US - shopping by catalogue or online is fine, but can't compare to an in-person visit to a YR store. Heaven. The only issues I have with them is their habit of discontinuing entire product lines with no warning. Otherwise I highly recommend. They are a very 'green' company. Shop with confidence!

Cet avis concerne le magasin Yves Rocher de Agadir, au Maroc, dans la galerie du supermarché Marjane.
Mon épouse était une cliente fidèle de ce magasin et donc des produits Yves Rocher. Le soucis était que les vendeuses se gardaient les plus beaux échantillons et cadeaux pour remettre à leur famille ou aux clients privilégiés qui pourraient leur apporter un plus à titre privé. Mon épouse n'a jamais reçu ce à quoi elle pouvait prétendre malgré ses multiples achats. De ce fait, elle n'est plus cliente Yves Rocher.

Plusieurs commandes effectuées à moins d’une semaine de noël, livraison rapide, très contente de mes achats. Je recommande sans hésiter le site internet d’Yves Rocher, avec un large choix de produits, et de jolies cadeaux offerts.

(09/12/2022) honteux le colis aurait été retourné à Yves rocher car défectueux malgré plusieurs messages envoyés je n'ai aucune réponse d'eux à ce jour ?! J'ai besoin de ce colis pour Noël !!!! Ils ont bien encaissé mon règlement !!!!

Lorsque je suis rentrée dans le magasin
Pas un bonjour ,alors qu il y avais que 2 clients, les vendeuses n étais pas occupées ,je n est pas eu un seul conseil,
Dommage car j avais besoin de faire quelque achats pour Noël.
Une fois arrivé en caisse j avais l impression de déranger, j ai donc réglé mes achats en carte bleue j ai remarquer en fesant mon code que le boîtier était très sale pour une enseigne de cosmétiques c est pas très rassurant( miettes et touches collantes)
Je n est pas l intention de retourner faire des achats

I have ordered many times from Yves Rocher. Deliveries come within 1-2 weeks. The products are excellent. The company has constant sales and special deals. Your orders come with a choice of different gifts. And, the products are mainly based on botanicals. To date, I received many samples, 2 full bottles of serums, and 4 large duffle bags all as free gifts. Not all the products in any store are perfect, but each customer finds what they like and for me it's the face care creams, hair repair, and mascaras that are less chemical and easy to use for contact lens wearers. Yes, the company uses a standard cardboard box without padding but all my products arrived in good condition. I usually buy $200-300 worth of products maybe 2-3 times a year during big sales and the products last a long time. The quality and scents are also great. I have not tried their perfumes but the lotions are mildly scented and fresh, and so are the lipsticks. I would say their strength is more in their skin care lines and gift sets than in the makeup line but the company has decent mascaras, lipsticks, and foundations although Yves does tend to switch up their makeup products. All in all, Yves Rocher is one of my favourite and regular companies. I don't know about the American experience but here in Canada Yves Rocher is awesome. In fact, I just put in a big order for the Black Friday sale in Nov 2022 a few minutes ago.

My first time ever being dissatisfied and frustrated at an online company. Well, I've been, in the past too with the same company, but this time they went too far. I am talking about Yves Rocher USA. They are penny pincher, litteraly, and ugly with no grace. The package is a box you would not yourself use it to ship anything, so thin and frail. All items were very casually tossed in the box, no cushioning inside the box, so all items got shaken during transportation. The box containing the facial moisturizer was ripped open. The pot containing the facial moisturizer had no hygiene/security seal on it. They used Fedex ground shipping first but their site says they use USPS. Then I called, the girl told me they use Fedex, and when I said their site says otherwise, she gave no explanation, just repeated Fedex. While I was verifying on Fedex tracking, she simply hung up on me :( Are we in France my friends? A few days later, I did some research on Google. It explained the whole shipping process. So businesses who wants to save on shipping to customers use FedEx ground. When FedEx arrives in your town, FedEx forwards the package to USPS. There is a phase here that can take 3-4 days before USPS delivers package at your door. Before I forget, add these two digits in the front of your FedEx tracking number : 92 so you can now track your package on USPS tracking. I found on Google. Just be very, very, very patient. I placed my order on 9/14/22. Yves Rocher charged my card the next day 9/15/22. FedEx notified USPS that package is coming in town (in my case it was on 9/27). USPS received the package on 10/5/22 and delivered it on 10/6. I do not recommend giving your business to this horrible company. I just do not understand how happy they can be to treat their customers like this. I am done with Yves Rocher. Too much heartache! They don't take the time to explain their shipping process and let you find out by yourself.

Si je mets un avis c'est que YVES ROCHER est un site extrêmement sérieux . Déjà vous avez un numéro de téléphone et même que vous pouvez passer une commande par téléphone . Donc moi je suis une inconditionnelle de ce site déjà vous avez 50% sur tout quand vous êtes cliente et vous avez des cadeaux systématiquement par exemple des huiles au monoi nacrée valeur 16 euros et si un article vous parvient cassé ça arrive vous téléphonez et la conseillère vous renvoie l'article de suite. ALORS LES AVIS NEGATIFS C'EST PAS POSSIBLE. Et même en Institut les conseillères sont toutes extrêmement aimables et vous renseignent très bien et je suis pas facile comme cliente . ALORS ARRETEZ DE MENTIR ET JE PASSE DEUX COMMANDES PAR MOIS DEPUIS 2 ANS.

J’ai bénéficié d’un soin modelage à Perpignan qui était super offert par des amies !! La personne qui m’a accueilli vraiment sympa gentille au top !
Mais franchement je dois dire que le sol était pas très propre dommage.. le Matelas pour le massage était pas très confortable (l’usure je pense) j’ai eu des marques sur le front et le menton qui ont duré jusqu’au lendemain (points d’appuis du cale visage) j’ai eu mal ! Donc le massage très bien mais le matériel et la propreté bof bof

I have purchased for the first time from Y.R. online on May 8, 2022. After clicking on "pay" to finalize the cart's transaction/ purchase, I realized I was NOT getting the free shipping that the promotion was supposed to give off my grand total since it was for over $30. I called C/S immediately, and the representative assured me that the only way to correct that error was for her to cancel my online order and to redo it herself. My grand total became $38.97 instead of my $47.58 in the cart. I made sure several times that she did cancel the online order I had made, and she confirmed that she did. ONLY she did not, and I ended up being charged for both orders on my visa, but yet ONLY RECEIVED THE ORDER SHE PLACED FOR ME ON THE PHONE. After numerous complaints BY phone and emails, to this day I am going no where with them and cannot get my $47.58 credit back on my visa, in SPITE OF NOT HAVING RECEIVED 2 orders, since mine was supposed to have been canceled immediately and replaced by hers to get free shipping. This company is NOT to be trusted, they have NO customer service or billing complaints department you can be transferred to, nor can you be transferred to a manager; it is a disastrous online experience, and their customer relations totally stinks being non-existent!!! I will not let this go and I want my $47.58 back on my visa since I have NOT received but only ONE ORDER, and which is precisely what I intended to have placed to begin with on May 8. I advise anyone who is trying to purchase anything from Yves Rocher to either through Amazon if you like their products, OR NOT AT ALL. The headaches they put me through since May is totally unacceptable, unprofessional, NOT WORTH IT, and right down shows "shady" behavior from Yves Rocher's business practices. By the way, Derma E, USA brand, is also very good and available in many many stores. I am not impressed nor satisfied with the 2 products I did purchase. So this billing nightmare with Yves Rocher is totally a waste of my time and making me a VERY unhappy customer.

Rdv au magasin Yves Rocher de Soissons, ou je suis plutôt bonne cliente, pour un modelage du dos de 30 minutes. Arrivée à 16h45 comme convenu, 20 minutes de massage sans aucun intérêt car mal fait donc 10 minutes de moins que prévu !!! Très décevant, je n'y retournerai pas ! Cadeau de Saint Valentin et de remise en forme après Covid, quelle déception !!!

I am your client since I was 18 and I am 67 now, you have followed me in all the countries I have lived in. Regrettably, I have come to the conclusion that our relationship ends here. Too many times I have experienced problems with your website and most of all problems with your phone lines: you claim to be open at certain hours and you close your lines one to 2 hours before the advertised time. Your system does not recognize my customer number or my invoice number... You should not make things so difficult to pay over the phone and then, on top of it you add interest... I work during the day and I have no more time for all this. It has been a romantic ride, but it ends here. Thank you for the past good times.

Quand un produit manque on vous rembourse par un avoir papier et pas de possibilité d'être remboursé autrement.Il faut renvoyer le papier par la poste et on vous envoie un chèque! nullissime.Tous les autres sites remboursement sur le moyen de paiement initial.Je pense qu'ils tablent sur cela, quelques euros qu'on oublie et hop! une grosse cagnotte pour eux

Depuis des années j utilise le fond de teint Zéro Défaut .quelle mauvaise surprise lorsqu 'on me dit que l on a changé la structure du produit . Conclusion : très déçue , couleur différente et surtout structure désagréable , épaisse alors que le précédent était fluide et adhéré à la peau . Dommage de changer pour faire beaucoup moins bien . Il ne mérite plus son nom " Zéro défaut "

Je ne suis plus cliente chez Yves Rocher depuis que j'ai appris que les produits étaient testés sur les animaux, il y a plusieurs années de cela. Même avec les publicités ventant le naturel des produits, la confiance dans la marque a été rompue.

Vous m'avez insisté à acheter un produit qui sent vraiment super mauvais, limite une odeur infecte il y a quelques jours. Je me suis même posée la question si il n'était pas périmé, votre produit fond de teint 0 défaut n'est qu'un liquide épais et très désagréable au visage. Vous avez perdu une cliente, et peut être même d'autres.
