YUSUF BHAI Arvostelua

Excellent service and very good quality. Thank you very much!

just here to share my experience with the customer care Raj e being professional & helpful in every aspect while purchasing
keep it on Raj amazing service

Always replying fast, making my orders faster & delivery is always the fastest 😍😍

I spent nearly $600 on 12 bottles, including shipping and customs to the USA. I specifically requested the fragrances to be more oil-based for better longevity, but that request was completely ignored.

Instead, I received fragrances that perform more like body sprays. Most of the fresh scents barely last 2 to 3 hours, which is extremely disappointing considering the brand name they carey and price. I expected much better quality and performance, especially after paying such a premium.

Excellent & prompt services 😇Thank you so much team Yusuf bhai

I had an issue with a perfume bottle spray for a new perfume that i had bought few months ago. I reached out to the customer service not much hopeful that they would cater. But i was surprised when Raj from customer care catered to my request so professionally that they fixed the bottle and got it delivered back to me. Yusuf bhai has earned a permanent customer.

Poovamma is very nice and prompt in taking my order. Appreciate her ❤️

I needed assistance because the app was glitching and decided to whatsapp. A very courteous assistant by the name of Poovamma helped me quickly and my issue was resolved in a matter of hours.
Your professionalism is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

It was an excellent experience. The service was 100% professional and efficient.

My experience with Yusuf bhai started in 2024 when i placed my first order with help of Yasir. He was kind and very helping.

But today i spoke to Raj, who was exceptional, kind, true Professional and went out of his way to help me and quickly place the order. Raj made my experience with Yusuf bhai brand invaluable. Kudos Yusuf bhai for having good human beings.

Too excited to receive my order now. Happy Camper :).
Regards from Sydney Australia.

I would like to share my appreciation for Syeda from Yusuf Bhai.

Before connecting with Syeda, I used to face several issues with my orders, including delays and other complications. However, ever since she started assisting me, my experience has completely changed. She has been incredibly helpful, professional, responsive, and attentive to every detail.

Good Morning,

My wife and I were initially planning to purchase two perfumes. However, after testing the fragrances, we decided to purchase only one 50ml bottle for my wife.

Before making the purchase, I requested the Customer Service Executive (CSE) to spray a few drops of the Royal Tobacco perfume on my clothing so that I could assess its performance while we were shopping in Meena Bazaar. Unfortunately, I noticed that the fragrance had largely faded within approximately 30 minutes.

As a result, we decided not to purchase a bottle for myself and proceeded with only the 50ml bottle for my wife. The CSE also advised us to keep the perfume in the refrigerator for seven days before using it. We will follow the recommendation and see whether there is any noticeable improvement in the fragrance performance after that period.

Thank you.

I've seen Yusuf on YouTube and I said that maybe is just another fake seller, however seeing so many video with him and his shop i said to make a purchase but in the same time i thought that exist some chances to lose the money because i live in uk and he send his parfumes from dubai, quite far 😅.
Today, after 6 days from purchase, the parfumes arrived and it exceeded my expectations a lot.
Long story short I just want to thank you guys for doing what you say that you do and now you just made a client for life.
Thank you very much. 😁👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏

Quick billing, swift replies, and excellent customer support from Yusub Bhai Perfumes. I haven't received my perfume yet, but the service so far has been smooth and reassuring. I've heard a lot of good things about them and can't wait to try the fragrance!

I received excellent customer service from Poovamma. She was very helpful and highly professional throughout my experience. I’m a very happy customer and will definitely return for more fragrances in the future.

II have used Yusuf Bhai perfumes for over 5 years now and when l moved to Canada it was a challenge for to get them due to shipping challenges (not a fault of theirs). Then over the last 2 months l started dealing with Syeda and placed my orders over WhatsApp and one thing I would say is she so patient, responsive and does great and proper follow up. She made sure the 4 times l have ordered they are delivered to my cargo company in Deira who in turn deliver to Kenya and from there it gets to me in Canada. Yeah l know such a hustle but in all times she has been so professional including even call me. I would recommend her anytime any day and also Yusuf Bhai.
