Excellent onboarding support

I had a very positive experience with YunoJuno’s onboarding support.

Sara was excellent throughout: responsive, clear in her communication, and genuinely helpful. She went above and beyond to help get my query resolved quickly and kept the process moving without unnecessary back and forth.

Professional, efficient and supportive. A great first experience with YunoJuno.

Reliable and fast.

YunoJuno reply promptly and take your payments seriously. Very professional and easy to deal with. Hasan was very helpful ensuring I got paid quickly even though my umbrella company dropped the ball.

I am just getting started on YunoJuno…

I am just getting started on YunoJuno but was in need of getting an update with regards to my account approval which was taking some time. I do appreciate the thorough nature of the process and I must say Mary was extremely helpful with providing updates on the live chat. Looking forward to seeing what this journey will bring on YunoJuno. Thank you.

I had a small but important problem…

I had a small but important problem setting up my profile. I got in touch with customer services, expecting the usual two-day lag and to-ing and fro-ing via email to resolve my issues.

However, following my email the customer services team got back in touch with me really quickly, understood my issue and had me back up and running exceptionally quickly.
