Yumping Arvostelua 90

Company took my money and stated the booking was placed. The email confirmation states to contact the provider who had no knowledge of my booking and stated that they had stopped using this company some time ago because they weren’t getting paid. Thankfully I paid by credit card.

Scam website beware

Scammers, no refunds, company used had tried to close down with Yumping. They were still using 2022 pictures etc and the old prices. Very difficult to contact them, no reply to mail etc.

Réservation indisponible chez le prestataire alors que Yumping l'a acceptée et a encaissé le montant. Impossible de joindre Yumping par téléphone. Pas de retour. C'est tout simplement du vol

Mala gestión del contenido de ofertas de su web, había reservado una ruta de moto de agua a las cuevas de Benagil en Portugal, esta actividad valorada en 230€, tras realizar la reserva y su correspondiente pago me sale los datos de la reserva y al contactar con la empresa que me indica la reserva, dicha empresa me dice que no realizan esa actividad, trato de ponerme en contacto con ellos con un numero de teléfono que no existe y después de mandar un mail desde su plataforma web aún estoy esperando contestación, si haceis la reserva desde su plataforma web, aseguraros que la actividad existe para no llevarse sorpresas como la que me he llevado yo...

A la espera estoy de que me den una respuesta...

Arnaque. Ils ne travaillent pas vraiment avec les prestataires dont ils proposent les activités.
Ils refusent de rembourser et proposent d'autres activités à la place. À fuir.

ES UNA ESTAFA ESTA WEB.
Contraté una excursión de buceo en Gran Canaria y cuando llamé am centro me digeron que esta Web les debe muchísimo dinero y que yo había perdido los 80€ que pagué.
No hay forma de contactar con ellos, abrir mi usuario o que me devuelvan el dinero. Ni por app ni por web. ES UNA ESTAFA

Scammers! Tried to tell me that they refunded me when in fact the bank had to use their fraud team to claim money back! The place dod not exsist when we arrived AVOID!

En fecha 03/07/2025, realicé la compra de una actividad a través de la página web de la empresa Yumping, que aparecía como disponible para realizar en una localidad concreta, pero sin poder elegir una fecha concreta. Me obligaban a reservar y pagar la reserva antes de poder concretar una fecha para la actividad.
Tras reservar, el mismo día me pongo en contacto con la empresa varias veces y no me atienden al teléfono. El día siguiente me vuelvo a poner en contacto con la empresa para concretar el día de la actividad y me comunica que esa actividad no está disponible en la localidad seleccionada, a pesar de que la misma fue confirmada en la propia web al momento de la compra.
Por teléfono me afirmaron que si no quería cambiarlo por otra actividad podía solicitar el reembolso completo sin ningún problema.
Posteriormente, al solicitar el reembolso, la empresa me indica que el tipo de compra que había efectuado no es reembolsable, y que la única opción era dejar el dinero en un monedero virtual sin fecha de caducidad o reservar otra actividad.

Muy mala gestión y cero responsabilidad
Reservé una actividad acuática en Barranquilla y la experiencia fue frustrante desde el principio. Cambiaron el punto de encuentro a último momento (me avisaron solo cuatro días antes) y cuando intenté cancelar, nadie se hizo cargo. Me pasaban de una empresa a otra sin solución concreta.

Para colmo, la actividad figura como si la hubiera hecho, lo cual es falso. Al dejar una reseña negativa, me contactaron diciendo que me devolverían el dinero si la eliminaba… pero nunca me lo devolvieron y ahora ni responden correos ni llamadas.

Una total falta de profesionalismo. No recomiendo esta empresa en absoluto.

We own The Rissalena Catamaran in Cabo San Lucas. This company has stolen our photos and are falsely selling tours on our boat when we ONLY book through our website. We will be looking into legal action for theft of intellectual property, business photos, and falsely advertising our business for their own profit.

Seems to be a scam, bought 4 tickets for my child and her cousins to have a sea lion experience, after purchasing I received no confirmation email no vouchers/tickets nothing, when trying to log back on it says the page of the website has gone and their customer service email contact does not work, 4 very upset children and now hoping the bank can intervene. Please don't use this company!!! Very upsetting situation.

Empresa de timadores: reservamos una actividad para 9 y a un mes vista intenté cancelar una persona porque me había equivocado, su respuesta fue que el error había sido mio y por lo tanto no iban a responder de ninguna manera: 50€ que se llevan por la cara. Vergonzoso.

We are in jersey Channel Islands, booked for jet ski and they have completely different contact number and we went to the place they have in the address but there is no one. Though we want to cancel and get our money refunded we don’t know where to contact. I actually feel they are fraudsters.

Credit Card fraud? My first impression was that the website is not very trustful. App didn't work. No Service hotline. They couldn't serve my requested activity. Charged money and luckily refunded. However, a week later, an Albanian TV Service I never heard of charged 200 bucks on my credit card (I rarely use it). Not sure if related, but my feeling is: NEVER AGAIN.

If I could give ZERO stars I would!

This company is a scam. They have been taking people’s money pretending to be working with my family’s company (Northumbria helicopters). They have been listing packages without permission and have stolen our photos in order to scam people into booking flights. This is unacceptable and this company should be shut down. Please do not purchase any packages off of this company.

Son.dos años que enviamos correo electrónico, llamada ,no contestan ,porque ne quitan da la página, no quieremos trabajar con ellos ,después te llaman para quitar la reseña ,diciendo que se no la quita no te quitan da la página, nada seriedad nada de nada

I am the owner of Northumbria Helicopters based in Newcastle. Yumping list our packages without permission and have stolen our photos so they can scam people into booking flights. Other locations I can 100% confirm are faked (or illegal) are Merseyside, Cumbria, Northumberland, Sunderland, Edinburgh and Glasgow as we are the only licensed Helicopter Tour operator in these areas.
