Yucrate Arvostelua

Ordered a knife sharpener machine got sent a little hand held sharpener worth next to nothing no reply to my emails don’t waste your money why are Facebook giving this site a platform

I ordered a product last June from Yucrate (fishing reel toilet paper holder) with "VIP" shipping. They sent something entirely different from what I ordered and it took a month to recieve it. I contacted them via email and they told me it was "under review". I wrote them every week and received the same canned message - "under review". It is clear that they have no intention of making this right, and they are keeping my money.
DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH YUCRATE, they are scammers and cheats

well this is fun ordered a helmet dryer after 2 months got a cheap camping thing contacted 8 times got told they are dealing with it absolutly scammed and took so long I cant get my bank to reverse the payment DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE

Delivered to wrong address, even sent a photo to prove they had, retailer and courier blaming each other and both refusing a refund, steer clear of them, bunch of cowboys.

Scam, scam. As stated the order is absolutely nothing like what was ordered. Do not use this web site.
Spam delete them

So please come through. I need this! I just lost my DAD to cancer@!

Ordered some tools, got sent an inferior product. Sent lots of emails to which they use AI to reply too.

Complete scam! Don’t give these people any of your hard earned money!

Should have looked at the reviews . Sent me a totally different cheap item . Biggest scam . Do not deal with this company

I was scammed by YUCRATE.. I purchased 2 reasonably expensive products and received a packet of magnets wort maybe 3 dollars. Well done, 1st time ever but also the last time.

One f-ing fake site! Do not fall for it! And @Facebook shame on you for profiding them a platform!

Same as everyone else. Received some crappy thing nothing like what I ordered. Then customer service just says we are reviewing it. Just a scam. Run run run

Sent me some piece of junk that is completely different to what I ordered. No way of contacting them. 100% a scam, do not order from them.

SCAM SITE they sent me something crappy that is completely different to what I ordered - to pretend they filled the order. If you think it’s just a one off mistake read the other reviews here. I’ve heard other people don’t get anything. Some random guy in an SUV dropped it off not an official “courier” as per the emails. Don’t waste your money.

Nella
Consegna mancava la parte principale .
Per 38€ circa mi hanno consegnato un goniometro in metallo e basta !! Maledetti

I should have known this was a scam, it's so obvious. Run away from this site as fast as you can.

Paid for 2 different products, received cheap small items, which were nothing like advertised. This site is a scam. Avoid at all costs

Mauvais article reçu.
J'ai contacté le veandeur, il me répond toujours la meme chose. Il est en trais de faire une recherche interne.....

Same as the other guy, item i recieved is nothing like what I ordered. Customer service just keeps saying the return or new item being sent out is in review DO NOT TRUST.
