Ich bin schon etwas länger extremer Fan von YT hatte mir damals auch schon ein Capra gekauft. Nun also sollte es auch noch ein Tues werden. Mega drauf gefreut weil ich von YT hohe Qualität gewohnt bin/war. Umso größer war die Enttäuschung als ich ein Fahrrad mit einem falschen Hinterrad und einem Riss in der Dämpferaufnahme erhalten habe aber das Customer Care Team von YT und besonders Michl hat wirklich super Arbeit geleistet. Ich habe extrem schnell eine Antwort bekommen mit der Nachricht das Sie ein neues bike bereits für mich fertig machen und es versenden und das das Defekt bike schnell abgeholt wird. Besonderes Dankeschön nochmals an Michl. Er hat wirklich super Arbeit geleistet. Schnell und unkompliziert geholfen und dazu noch super freundlich und er hat mir auf jede Frage super antworten gegeben. Also wirklich rundherum zufrieden. Ich werde aufjedenfall weiterhin stolzer Besitzer von nun 2 YT bikes sein und mein nächstes Fahrrad auch wieder dort kaufen.

Horrendous customer service. Bought a bike from them, two months later once my expected shipping date passes with zero communication from YT I try to reach out to them to see what's going on. Nobody answers emails or online forms. The only phone number to call goes to a pre recorded message that tells you to fill out the online form that nobody replies to. Finally get a call back after repeatedly calling the number. Turns out thier accounting department says I didn't pay. I give them the PayPal transaction number and all of a sudden they've found the money. The guy says the bike will ship by the end of the week. That date passes and all I've got is an email from UPS saying a label has been created. No bike has been shipped. Still zero communication from YT and still not answering emails. I'll be starting a dispute with PayPal if I don't see my bike soon.

Es gibt schnelle Rückmeldungen und es wird auch immer eine Lösung für das Problem gefunden. Man kann einfach Fragen stellen, die begründet und nachvollziehbar beantwortet werden

Order number 1003212, ordered on 9/3. Expected shipping on 6/5.. since the order nothing has change, in process since our order! Several emails but no answer from them, called this morning ... no answer. My son wanted this bike so much, his money went in to this and now we don't know what is going on!

AVOID! I'm in the same situation as everyone else. I have been lied to for the past three weeks regarding my bike. First lie, it's ready to ship, just awaiting the shipping paperwork was told I will receive a tracking number when it leaves the warehouse. Second lie there has been delays due to the april bank holiday (Germany has different holidays to the uk), The company I work for buy a lot of goods from Holland and the bank holiday has never effected it leaving Holland just delivery once in the uk. Third lie the bike has left the warehouse, I then asked for the tracking details are not live, I pointed out I deal with tracking everyday and know it becomes live the moment it's scanned by the courier. Forth lie someone hasn't loaded the tracking details for me them to see it on their system. Now my emails are being ignored. Still no sign of my bike. I used to work in the bike trade, and YT used to be amazing bikes and people to deal with. Now, it's not the case. Look at other brands and avid YT at all cost

I had a problem with the Reverb Seatpost on my Izzo. I sent YT pics of the issue, they spoke to RockShox, arrange for me to return it and Rockshox have replaced it.
Minimum fuss and really quick.

Yt industrie sont très réactif, j'ai eu un problème avec un frein sur mon nouveau jeffsy et yt m'ont proposé de remplacer moi même la pièce et ils m'ont rembourser la pièce en question, cela a été un gain de temps pour moi, je peu donc rouler et je suis très satisfait.

Super Bike zu einem super Preis. Meine Support-Anfrage wurde zudem sehr schnell und zu vollster Zufriedenheit gelöst. Vielen Dank an Christoph.

Bought an ex-demo Decoy bike from the YT Mill Surrey UK. Great bike and no issues whatsoever for the past few years, until I had a problem with the motor a month ago. Dropped it into the MIll and left it with them assuming the worst and a huge replacement bill. They were great and managed to sort everything out under warranty. Big thanks to the mechanic Finn Burley who did a cracking job and to Eme who kept me updated throughout.

Was für eine Enttäuschung – leider kein Geschenk für unseren Sohn
Wir wolten das 24 Zoll Bike bestellen, es sollte ein Geschenk für unseren Sohn sein. Die Lieferzeiten sind komplett irreführend. Auf der Bestellbestätigung steht 29.4 mittgeteilt wurde dann dass es erst ab dem 27.5 verfügbar ist.
Dann wurde ums gesagt in schwarz würde es das bike geben... Leider eine Falschmeldung...
Der Kundenservice war leider keine Hilfe: keine klare Aussage zur Verfügbarkeit, keine Informationen zu Farben oder Varianten, und insgesamt wirkte niemand wirklich kompetent. Der Telefonkontakt wirkte unhöflich und auch arrogant. Die wissen untereinander nicht was der andere sagt oder der andere schreibt.
Wir sind sehr enttäuscht – vor allem, weil die Vorfreude auf das Geschenk so groß war. Leider wurde sie durch schlechten Service komplett zerstört. Für uns kommt dieser Shop nicht mehr in Frage..
Unsere Bestellung wurde von uns wieder storniert, hoffe dass wir die die Bestätigung der Stornierung wie von Ihnen mitgeteilt auch morgen bekommen.

Première commande d un vélo sur internet. Petite appréhension, et après un bug de leur site j ai été particulièrement bien accompagné par le service client et ce en français (merci ahmed 🙏) je recommande le vélo est partie avant le délais annoncé. Il était super bien emballé et correspond en tout point à la description. Je recommande +++ je ne parle pas des prix qui sont imbattables

Je suis l'heureux propriétaire d'un DECOY 29 CORE 4, acheter au moment des soldes j'ai vraiment eu un prix défiant toute concurrence un grand merci à YT, j'ai contacté plusieurs fois le service commercial ils sont très réactifs et honnêtes, un grand merci à Ahmed pour sa réactivité. Ma version de VTT est vraiment bien équipé je le trouve vraiment top, n'hésitez vraiment pas à aller vers cette marque car vous trouverez difficilement mieux ailleurs. Longue vie à YT

Expérience excellente à l'achat il y a quelques mois, avec un suivi et de vrais échanges quand cela est nécessaire, expérience positive réitérée sur la partie SAV suite à un problème de fourche au déballage. Traitement bien plus rapide qu'imaginé. Merci à vous pour votre accompagnement et votre réactivité. ;-)
