I ordered a black yt Tues core 2 in 2024 months and months went by and they said it’s on the way with no ups tracking so I called them and they said the ship is somewhere out in the Pacific Ocean and they told me you will not be getting the bike soon and can’t tell me when so they offered me a more expensive bike for more money the old bate and switch deal and I said for the same price they said no so I had to take a yt core1 27.5 instead which I did not want that bike came on time but was damaged and to this day I still have not received the right headset for my bike but they sent me the wrong one twice and said put that one on your bike it should work gest what it does not work at all and will definitely destroy my frame don’t buy from this company at all

He tenido un problema con la batería de la bicicleta y me he puesto en contacto con el servicio de atención al cliente y después de varios correos y de no encontrar el fallo me dicen de enviar la bici entera. Después de hacer todos los tramites que me piden y empaquetar la bici y barios correos después dicen que por problemas internos no saben cuándo pueden recoger la bici.
Veo pasividad para no tener que encargarse de la reparación. Y tampoco me fío de enviar la bici y que no regrese viendo la situación de la empresa.
Nunca más compraré un artículo tan caro que esté fuera de españa. Estoy estudiando de denunciar.

Der Kundenservice ist praktisch nicht existent. Eine telefonische Kontaktaufnahme ist nicht möglich, da die Telefonleitung abgeschaltet wurde. Auf meine E-Mail warte ich nun seit fünf Tagen ohne jegliche Antwort.

Mein Dämpfer ist defekt, ebenso der meiner Freundin, und zusätzlich ist meine Sattelstütze komplett unbrauchbar. Besonders enttäuschend: Das Bike meiner Freundin war erst drei Monate alt, als der Dämpfer kaputt ging. Seit mittlerweile drei Monaten versuchen wir verzweifelt, mit YT eine Lösung zu finden – bislang jedoch ohne jegliche Rückmeldung oder Unterstützung.

Um die Saison nicht komplett zu verpassen, musste ich mir bereits selbst einen neuen Dämpfer kaufen. Auch für meine Freundin haben wir auf eigene Kosten Ersatz organisiert, da von YT keinerlei Hilfe kam.

Es ist wirklich unglaublich und inakzeptabel, wie hier mit Kunden umgegangen wird.

I bought a new bike for my son late 2024, it was for Christmas present, on Christmas day opened the box the head stock paint was chipped, contacted yt Industries, they said send the bike back, so I suggested they give me a small discount and send the touch up paint, I recieved the discount which was about 5%, but never recieved the touch up kit. My son only used this bike about 3 times after Christmas, but he went out on at the end of February riding down a easy trail in the woods, the weld on the headstock failed, snapped straight through the weld, I contacted yt Industries they said we will collect the bike for inspection, communications was very slow with them, eventually they said they would replace the frame with a new frame from factory, so I thought great, bike got returned, it was not a new frame as promised, it certainly was not a factory paint job,paint texture was rough, had runs in paint and chips in the paint work, so I contacted them again and asked for a refund, they said they couldn't refund at this point, so I looked into it and since I give them a chance to repair it and the repair wasn't to standard, I was entitled to refund, so emailed the again, they said they would collect for a refund, almost four month futher on several emails back and forwards, still no refund. My son was injured due to this weld in the frame snapping, destroying his new helmet and riding gear, not once did anyone ask how bad he was injured, I would give this company a wide birth. They have the bike also the money they have not refunded.

Trotz der Finanziellen Schwierigkeiten den die Firma hatte hat das mit der Lieferung des Fahrrades dann doch noch geklappt. Ich bin während der ganzen Zeit immer freundlich und Zeit nah auf dem laufenden gehalten worden.
Dafür noch mal meinen herzlichen Dank an Sebastian für die super Info über die gesamte Zeit.

Leider ganz schlechter Service. Sehr lange Wartezeiten.

Mir ist der Rahmen gerissen bei einer normalen Fahrradtour und wurde keine Garantie veranlasst. Leider nicht zu empfehlen.

Super marque, un capra al core 1 mulets pour ma part super vélo bien joueurs avec une bonne réactivité. Rien a redire dessus, le sav super réactif après que j’ai cassée la base arrière. Top

Ich habe Rockerlink Schrauben für mein YT Capra aus 2016 gesucht und den Support hier für angeschrieben, am nächsten Tag kam schon die Rückmeldung mit den Link zu den Schrauben.

Pratiquant le VTT depuis de nombreuses années (>35ans), je considère que lors d'un achat d'un VTT outre la configuration du vélo, ce qui est le plus important c'est le support de la marque.
Dans le cas de YT, à chaque fois que j'ai fait appel au support (même par email) une réponse rapide et claire m'a été donnée.
Aussi félicitation à vous et surtout ne changez rien.

Ich habe im Mai ein neues YT Bike für rund 3.500 € bestellt und nur Probleme erlebt. Nach der Rückgabe des Bikes wurde mir eine Rückerstattung zugesagt – doch bis heute habe ich kein Geld zurückerhalten.

Seit der Insolvenzanmeldung ist der Kundenservice praktisch nicht mehr erreichbar:

- Telefonhotline nicht besetzt

- Keine Antwort auf Mails

- Keine Informationen zum Stand meiner Rückerstattung

Ich fühle mich von YT Industries im Stich gelassen und schlichtweg abgezogen. Für eine Marke, die jahrelang für Qualität und Service stand, ist das einfach enttäuschend.

❗️Meine Warnung an alle: Bestellt nichts mehr bei YT Industries – euer Geld ist im schlimmsten Fall verloren.

Zuerst schnelle Lieferung vom Bike, dann sehr schnelle Reaktion und Hilfe bei einem Problem!!

Habe mir vor paar Monaten das YT decoy SN gekauft.

An für sich ein super bike.

Knarzen bei fast jedem Lager. Musste dies selbst beheben. Sattelstütze seit Anfang an ein schleifen beim ein und ausfahren.
Habe diese eingeschickt und nach 3 Wochen kam diese mit frischem Service zurück. Laut Hersteller wäre kein schleifen vorhanden gewesen. Problem besteht heute noch. Vor 10 Tagen Motor defekt FAZUA Ride 60. warte heute noch auf Antwort von YT

Habe FAZUA kontaktiert und die haben mir eine super Lösung angeboten.

Wer keine Ahnung von Rädern hat sollte definitiv sich 2 mal überlegen ob der ein YT kauft. Kundenservice hat seit neuestem extrem nachgelassen. Jeder weiß bestimmt warum.

Aber gerade in solchen finanziellen Situationen sollte man nicht den Kopf in den Sand stecken und Kunden halten 😔

Wenn das Decoy läuft ist es echt klasse! Daher an jeden Schrauber eine klare weiterempfehlung. Aber an biker, die sich nicht auskennen, sollten es sich 2 mal überlegen.

Trotz allem drücke ich euch die Daumen, dass es wieder bergauf geht

Par contre YT ne fait qu'envoyer des mails automatiques pour dire " on peut rien faire pour le moment désolé"

Ils n'imaginent pas à quel point cela a fait du mal aux clients cette situation. Certains ont leur argent bloqué depuis mi juin. Courage à eux

Großartiger Kundensupport. Super schnelle Reaktionszeit und die Ersatzteile, die online nirgends zu kaufen sind, wurden mir kostenlos aus dem eigenen Werkstattbestand zugeschickt. So geht Kundenbindung und Begeisterung!
