Das Customer Care Team von YT hat sich umgehend um meine Anfrage gekümmert und ist auf mein Anliegen eingegangen. Der Kontakt war absolut unkompliziert, effizient und sehr freundlich.

Habe mir ein Capra Core 4 bestellt und kann bisher nur positives Berichten.
Von der Beratung bis hin zum Versand alles problemlos und schnell abgelaufen.
Montag Vormittag bestellt und am Freitag früh war das Bike bereits geliefert.

Den Aufbau bekommt wirklich jeder mit der mitgelieferten Anleitung hin. Und es ist alles dabei was man zum aufbauen benötigt. Lediglich die Pedale müsst ihr selbt besorgen.
Erste Testfahrt hat schon überzeugt und die Bikepark besuche sind geplant.

I ordered bike on sale and paid it. All the time the status of the order on the store was in process. After 17 days when nothing was happening I wrote an inquiry about delivery and got a reply that they accepted more orders than they can handle and send back the money. I don't understand their attitude. If they can't deliver an order, they know it after a few days. If I didn't ask, would they keep my money and wait to hear from me???

J'ai acheté mon YT jeffsy en promotion, entre temps une nouvelle promotion plus intéressante à été effectué sur le vélo que j'avais commandé, mais pour une livraison à la même date.
Après avoir contacté YT, ils m'pnt directement rembourser la différence.

De plus à chaque demande au service client pour des informations, leur retour et très rapide et complet.

Je recommande vivement.

Malgré un petit souci de livraison (l’erreur venait du transporteur), le service après-vente a été très réactif pour régler le problème.
Le vélo était parfaitement emballé à la réception.

Bought a Bike at YT and couldnt be more happy with it! The quality is amazing of the frame is amazing, it came in a very nice box which I will save forever for if I need to transport the bike some day. Surprisingly it came also with a tool box, with all the necessary tools to build up the bike, and a water bottle.

I had a little issue where the steering bearring was kind of stuck, I sent an email to YT customers service and straight away they helped me very well and sent me over a new one.

All in all, super recommendable bikes with excellent customers service! 100% happy with my purchase.

I ordered a bike in mid Nov 2024 which was a pre-order so I wasn't expecting to receive it straight away. There was an estimate of mid December for shipping so I figured I could wait a month or so. In January I reached out to YT for an update and was given a revised date for the end of January. At the end of January I contacted them and was given a date towards the end of February. This date, like the others went by and I was told early March. It's now April and still no bike. Customer services are unable/unwilling to tell me what is happening leaving me in a position where I have paid in full for a bike that doesn't exist. I finally decided to cut my losses and cancelled the order as it was clear they were unable to fulfil the order. All in this was the worst retail experience I can remember, the amount of time involved, the repeated false expectations that were given and the general disconnect between customer services and head quarters in Germany means I have to write a very bad review for a bike brand I was excited to be a part of.

This is my 4th YT bike and I am very happy, I had an initial error code on my E-bike but one of the YT staff was very good and clear at comunicating to me what I needed to do and everything is working well now ..... thank you !

Great communication when buying the bike but also during any service / upgrades through YT service

Hopefully I wont get any problems with the bike but I know that if I do unexpectedly experience any problems, the staff at YT The Mill, UK will help to the best of their ability. They help even with the smallest of requests. Couldn't be happier

Amazing bikes, amazing support!
Had little warranty issue with forks. YT support ( Chris and Felix) was fast to reply and provide all information needed to send part away and get it fixed!
Got it back in less than a week from first email.

You buy a YT bike, you’re on your own.
I bought a 5k capra, after one month it seemed i couldn’t make the transmission work properly, mechanic said it was a faulty component. It’s been 14 days I’ve been trying to get help from the customer service, but if I’m lucky i get an answer every 7 days, and not even that. They received the bike 10 days ago, still haven’t touched it. They refuse to’ reimburse shipping costs, they aren’t answering emails. It’s a nightmare of a company

I'm not usually one for leaving reviews but the service I've received from YT UK has been absolutely shocking and the worst I've received from the purchase of any bike in my 20 years of riding.

I purchased a bike on the 18th of Feb though the outlet when they had many bikes for sale at good discounted prices, I then waited a month for my build date which was yesterday to receive an email saying that they could proceed with my order due to a stock error and that here was a £100 voucher for the inconvenience. Throughout the purchasing i made many phone calls, of which i was told nearly every time that my order was getting processed and they were waiting for parts to arrive so they could assemble.

Every time I spoke to YT UK there were excuses about low staff issues and people been off sick or that everyone was snowed under causing delays. A partial refund that was stated to take up to 5 working days took two weeks, I never actually received an email confirmation for this as promised, they say they are going to return phone calls, then don't and to top it all off they cancel you order on the build date of your bike once you've organised a trip to Wales to ride the thing! Now I'm stuck with no bike to ride & a £100 voucher which means absolutely nothing.

I would highly recommend you choose a different direct purchase brand, as my first experience with YT has been absolutely terrible and by the looks of it I'm not the only one having these issues!

Livraison en temps et en heures, service client réactif et attentionné ! Vélo vraiment incroyable capra core 2 (aucun problème, les cartons et les notices sont vraiment bien fait même un novice peut y arriver)

Great support from YT UK, made finding small, obscure parts for my Bike easy.

Ich habe am 20.02.25 ein Lagerfahrrad bei YT bestellt, das als verfügbar gekennzeichnet war. Nach 14 Tagen wurde meine Bestellung nach mehrfachen Nachfragen plötzlich storniert – mit der Begründung eines „Bestandsfehlers“. Mein bereits gezahltes Geld wurde einfach zurücküberwiesen, ohne dass auf meine E-Mails oder Vorschläge eingegangen wurde.

Besonders ärgerlich: Ich hatte bereits Komponenten im Wert von mehreren hundert Euro gekauft, die speziell für dieses Modell gedacht waren. Als ich YT um eine Umstellung der Bestellung auf ein alternatives Bike bat (ohne Mehrkosten für mich, da die Rabatte genau gepasst hätten), wurde dies ignoriert. Stattdessen erfolgte einfach die Rückerstattung – ohne Antwort auf meine letzte Mail.

Fazit: Schlechter Kundenservice, keine echte Lösungsbereitschaft. YT hat mein Geld zwei Wochen behalten und mich dann einfach ohne Alternative stehen lassen. Wer auf eine verlässliche Bestellung und guten Support Wert legt, sollte sich das gut überlegen.

UPDATE auf die Antwort von YT:

YT hat öffentlich geantwortet – leider sehr generisch und ohne echtes Eingehen auf meinen konkreten Fall.

Wenn eine Conversion stattfindet, der Customer Success aber ernsthafte interne Probleme aufweist und nicht in der Lage ist, zeitnah und lösungsorientiert zu handeln, wird das langfristig zum Problem – gerade in einem wirtschaftlich schwierigen Umfeld.

Das Produkt selbst überzeugt: Ich durfte es im YT Mill testen und hatte dort ein sehr positives Erlebnis mit dem Team vor Ort. Umso bedauerlicher, dass der nachgelagerte Service diesen Eindruck relativiert hat.

YT sollte sich ernsthaft überlegen, in diesem Bereich gezielt zu investieren – sowohl in Kompetenz als auch in Personal. Kommunikation und After-Sales sind das A und O für eine Direktmarke.
Als fachkundiger Kunde möchte ich das dem Unternehmen mit auf den Weg geben – im Sinne einer Marke, die großes Potenzial hat, aber an entscheidender Stelle noch nachbessern muss.

J’ai acheté en précommande un dirt love qui est arrivé 1 semaine après la date prévu mais YT m’avais prévenu du retard. Le vélo est arrivé très bien emballé mais il y avait un petit éclat de peinture sur la base arrière. Après avoir pris contact avec le SAV (qui est très réactif) j’ai eu le droit à un dédommagement sous forme de code promo à valoir sur le site YT. Le dirt est vraiment génial à rouler. À part ce petit souci de peinture je recommande cette marque qui fait de très bon vélo.
