Although there were some unknowns regarding Yoyakunow at the time, I still placed my first order with them back on January of 2024. That order went well overall, so, against my better judgement, I made 2 more expensive orders that would ship out on March 2025. Unfortunately, I would never receive them. I'm not sure what was done to the package, but I would only receive a notice stating that the delivery was sent back to Japan instead of being delivered to me. Once it arrived back to Yoyakunow on July 2025, they would tell me that it was a form of postal fraud. Now I'm not sure how true this is, but they said the box had been opened and the items inside were replaced with random cheap items (kids sneakers, hat, etc). They said they would contact the postal service to file the report of the fraud. That would be the last I ever heard back from them. They ghosted me to this day even after multiple emails and messages. I'm guessing they collected on the postal insurance amount for the package, pocketed that money and mine, and gave me the middle finger. Avoid this company if you value your money.
