Yoyakunow has a very nice selection of figures having some that aren't available in most websites while having them at fair prices too. The shipping was pretty fast especially for it being the Christmas season and my item came packaged very well and was as described. In my experience, customer service was great and replied to my every email. Overall, I highly recommend going here as a place to shop for collectibles.

I used this website a lot in the past and they were great, but that all vanished with my latest orders, I have been chasing them for my orders shipping but they are not responding at all to my support tickets and my email, it is becoming frustrating.

Yoyakunow deserves to be recognized for their excellent service. I picked up a figure from them that is very difficult to get here in the states (especially with the current political climate). The communication with Ryota was clear, concise, and helpful. The figure itself was shipped out very quickly and perfectly packaged with ample cushioning for the long trip.
