You Spot Property Arvostelua

Spotted a property locally and reported it to 'You Spot Property'. Turned out the house was in fact derelict and I received my amazon voucher yesterday. A company I stumbled across on social media, genuine and stick to their word.

Easy to do ,received my voucher , more than happy ,will be on the lookout for more properties in the future

Heard about this company through Martin Lewis website and thought I would give it a go as I knew of an empty property near where I live. Sent in photos of the property after confirmation that the property was empty I then received an email to say that I was getting a £20 voucher. Highly recommend using this company.

After hearing about this company on a TV ad, I was a little sceptical but as a dog walker I had noticed a few properties that looked empty.
I reported them and they were pretty swift in advising if they were viable or not. It took a few months but I have received my first gift voucher so they were true to their word!
Definitely worth submitting to them as the process is quick and easy - you have nothing to lose!

A little sceptical at first like with most things, but they were very friendly and sent the £20 Amazon voucher as promised so all is good, will keep spotting property!

Thank you You Spot Property once again for my £20 voucher. A great company to deal with. Thanks again.

I’ve submitted about 10 properties to youspotproperty. They have accepted and paid out vouchers for 5 so far. This is a genuine company that buys up empty houses. It is definitely worth submitting properties that look vacant or derelict to them.

I admit that I was sceptical, but, after spotting a property that I thought was a viable proposition, gave it a go. I've just got my £20 voucher. This company seems reliable and have kept their promise. Well done.

Heard about this company from a friend who emailed me your website I thought it might be a bit of a con to be honest however I thought I would give it a try. Found a house I knew was empty sent in the details with some photos and a couple of weeks later got my £20 m&s vouchers happy days 👍

Heard about this company from a news article there have been several empty homes where I live sent in the details and I have received several vouchers from You spot property.
Great to spend the voucher in M and S
Very pleased with my vouchers and the company

Got my voucher & just used it in M&S, thank you. Hope to find more empty properties

I submitted a property in March and I received my £20 Amazon voucher today! Very impressed.

I hope you buy the house and make it nice for a family to move into.

The day came when I found a property so I uploaded and reported take only a few moments to do. Managed to get a congratulations email with voucher was really happy to receive the notification. Thank you so very much

I got a nice little surprise today, in the form of a £20 Amazon voucher, I was made up as I had forgotten all about it, the best way and just let them do their thing, so thank you and fingers crossed.

My email was acknowledged. A few weeks later I received another email stating that the information sent was successful. A few weeks later £20 voucher received. Very happy.

Just received my 20 pound voucher...brilliant Submitted a property and it was acknowledged. Confirmation that it was suitable came shortly afterwards afew weeks later I got my reward. I certainly recommend this company who have done everything they said they would . Bravo!!!!

Submitted property details that might meet 'You Spot Property' criteria. Informed a few weeks later that it did. Couple of weeks later, as promised, received a M&S gift voucher. Excellent service.

I saw You Spot Property on morning tv & thought it was a brilliant idea. Let’s get all the empty properties lived in & stop building on green belt land. I told them about one that’s been empty for approximately 10 years or more in a beautiful residential area close to a fabulous infant school. I got a £20 voucher for M&S today. Winner 🏆. Keep up the good work. Let’s get empty houses lived in!!

I spotted an empty property and submitted the details. I was very sceptical and therefore very pleasantly surprised to hear that the property meets their criteria and receive my Amazon voucher

Spot on,is all I can say, submitted a property about November last year, prompt response in a confirmation email, told a few weeks back property met the criteria, received£20 amazon gift code today, will definitely keep my eyes open for more property. Who knows??
