I did not think its great at all

I did not think its great at all, my password is no good, I asked many times for a reset, no respons at all
The way to return clothes is a horror, so not clientfriendly it almost impossible to return
The clothes look nice on the pictures but te quality is not so good
This is the last time i bought somethings at this store

I bought the shirt from a picture

I bought the shirt from a picture. It was very helpful that more info on the model showing the shirt was given. The quality of the shirt is great: my wife has ordered 2 more with different print. It's realy 'value for money'

Large sizes, little choice for cotton

Easy to find larger sizes, but they offer very few cotton clothing items. It would also help to have more options in trousers, especially hight waist chino's and pantalons without elastic waistbands.

From the netherlands? ITS NOT 3DAYS!!!

3 day delivery to the netherlands NO WAY IN HELL! Its been a week, just got the cleared for customs. A WEEK!! Nothing from you.. even after messages on facebook, which are deleted now. So negative messages are a no no.. No email, sorry for the delay. And there is probably going to be a fee, which isn't posted anywhere that we order from outside the netherlands (site is .NL) I needed the jacket within the 3 days, as fast as possible. I needed (still need) to sign, so been home al the dang week!!! This isn't a great way to do business.

Do not order here.

Do not order here.. They say delivered within 3 business days. I ordered a week ago its not even out of the UK by now!! Nothing for the company! NOTHING!! Not an email, sorry for the delay.. nothing.
If you order from the .nl website, do NOT believe the 3 day delivery!!! Order somewhere else!!
