they locked my account i sent them 50 emails. they never replied once, they will take your money.

Helaas wacht ik al maanden op mijn pas, en iedere keer krijg ik een mail met dat het onderweg is en elke keer komt die niet binnen wacht ik weer de termijn van 2/3 weken en dan weer niets het is erg vervelend heb al 2 jaar de bank bijna en tot heden geen pas ik kan niets, en zonder pas kannik niet werken

I recive my yoursafe debit card in 1 months first i thought it was scam but trust me no they are not the scammers costumers service is really helpful for me thank you so much yoursafe🥰

I been a trusted customer of Yoursafe for the past few years and honesty they are fair. I once accidentally sent money to my old closed bank and they sent the funds back to me. Whenever I face trouble they fix the issues!

Fast execution of cancellation of debit request.

Terrible customer service. I've been going back and forth for over a week trying to get my card activated. I clearly explain the problem, and each time it's totally ignored. I'm unsure whether they're using AI or if the support agents are simply incompetent.

I am filing this review as part of a formal consumer complaint regarding Yoursafe B.V., a financial institution licensed in the Netherlands.

On 21 October 2025 at 11:23 AM, I initiated an ACH transfe..The funds were withdrawn from my Yoursafe account but have not been credited to the destination account as of today.

After repeated attempts to obtain assistance, Yoursafe’s customer service acknowledged that the delay was “on their side” but further stated that “nothing can be done.” This response is inconsistent with EU and Dutch regulatory obligations concerning payment execution timelines, safeguarding of client funds, and transparency under PSD2 regulations.

I have therefore escalated the matter to De Nederlandsche Bank (DNB) for regulatory review and reported Yoursafe to the Better Business Bureau for consumer protection purposes.

This situation demonstrates a potential failure to uphold the duty of care owed to clients and may constitute a regulatory compliance breach. Consumers should exercise caution when relying on Yoursafe for international payment services until such deficiencies are properly addressed.

The only reason I'm giving four stars and not five is because I didn't get a reply after the first email but the second email I got after trying again definitely made up for it when I was contacted by a Marcus Blonde and this in individual went above and beyond explain explain ing to me everything I needed to know about avail what caused my problem and made multiple suggestions on how I can fix it. Ultimately one of the options was too my liking. Now to now see if I actually receive my mail this time.... But thank you Marcus they should give you a raise because you get 5 stars if I'm assessing you individually
