Sandy was very knowledgeable about some of the issues buying houses in the EU . Has given me the confidence to continue in my search.
Would have liked to know how you make money out of this as we all need money.
I think it must be like a broker to real estate companies to assist people like myself. Having dealt with a few realtors in Greece it could be useful to get the deal done. However if dealing with private sales a more delicate approach is required. Nothing happens quickly so patience is a virtue in Greece.
