Bonne experience durant deux ans, jusqu'a ce que je me retrouve avec mes popcat gelé du jour au landemain, en effet impossible de vendre, echanger et de faire du levier avec ma crypto, 4 jours à rater des hausses avant que youhodler debloque la possibilité d'envoyer ma crypto chez Binance ou là, tout c'est bien passé, j'ai d'ailleurs envoyé tout mon portefeuille afin d'eviter dans le futur de me retrouver dans la meme situation avec d'autres crypto.

Ho utilizzato YouHodler per depositare e successivamente prelevare fondi in criptovalute. La mia esperienza è stata estremamente negativa a causa di un blocco del prelievo che si è protratto per 8 giorni senza risoluzione.
Il 24 novembre ho richiesto un prelievo. YouHodler ha richiesto una verifica AML aggiuntiva, chiedendomi di verificare 8 diverse carte di pagamento collegate al mio account. Ho completato tutte le verifiche richieste entro 36 ore: verifica video, documentazione della fonte dei fondi, conferma di titolarità effettiva, prova di indirizzo, e screenshot dell'home banking.
Il problema è emerso quando ho scoperto che alcune di queste 8 carte erano virtuali "usa e getta" che non esistono più. Ho spiegato chiaramente che è fisicamente impossibile fornire screenshot di carte che non sono più accessibili.
Per una settimana intera ho inviato numerosi messaggi a YouHodler per chiedere come risolvere la situazione. Ho ricevuto risposte contraddittorie e inutili. Un operatore mi ha suggerito di contattare le banche per ottenere certificati di carte virtuali (impossibile - le banche non rilasciano tali certificati). Un altro ha detto che la chiusura dell'account è possibile solo dopo la verifica (ma io volevo prelevare, non chiudere l'account). Nessuno ha fornito tempistiche certe, nonostante mi fosse stato detto inizialmente "poche ore fino a pochi giorni lavorativi".
Ho inviato una Dichiarazione Sostitutiva di Atto di Notorietà (documento legale italiano) insieme a documentazione di identità completa. Le conversazioni sono state chiuse dal sistema il 3 dicembre senza alcuna risoluzione.
I problemi principali sono: procedure rigide che non considerano situazioni atipiche, comunicazione frammentata con 5 diversi operatori senza coordinamento, tempistiche non rispettate, nessuna escalation nonostante le minacce di ricorso alla CONSOB, mancanza di soluzioni alternative, e supporto assente (ho inviato oltre 50 messaggi senza ricevere risposte costruttive).
YouHodler ha procedure di conformità corrette dal punto di vista legale, ma l'esecuzione è disastrosa. Il loro supporto è inefficace, gli operatori non hanno autorità per prendere decisioni, e non sono in grado di gestire situazioni anche minimamente complesse. Se usate carte virtuali o vi trovate in una situazione atipica, YouHodler non è in grado di aiutarvi.
Non consiglio YouHodler. Ci sono piattaforme molto migliori disponibili.

Me resolvieron rápido y eficaz una incidencia sobre poder operar con fiat. Al principio la plataforma no me dejaba operar como de costumbre y era que necesitaban una nueva verificación de dirección. La plataforma no me informaba de ello ni de cómo proceder perobal contactar con ellos un agente me resolvió el problema en segundos.

Awful scam
Awful scam. Do not trust them or send funds. They will let you deposit funds with no problem and give some useless tokens to trade. When you want to withdraw they will not let you. They use fake KYC process and keep your funds locked. Never use this scam!
