Ik kon niets stoppen of verhogen om te zorgen dat mijn inzet niet verloren ging. Op 1 hebben ze maar gereageerd en zou binnen 5 dagen mijn geld terug krijgen... ik moet dus 5 dagen wachten op een fout die door hun erkend is! En op de rest nog steeds geen reactie gehad! Terwijl ik daar het zelfde probleem had heb foto's alles doorgestuurd

Nunca tive razões de queixa desta plataforma de investimento... até ao momento em que tento retirar fundos. Compreendo que hoje en dia se tenha o máximo de cuidado sobre a origem dos fundos. Mas se tudo é feito às claras para depositar, e não existe razões para duvidar da origem dos fundos, se resolver levantar parte dos mesmos, o processo devia ser imediato, porque não há razões para dúvidas de qualquer tipo porque os fundos são legítimos e passíveis de rastrear porque são geridos na plataforma.

Withdrawal stuck in "Processing" and no support response
Today around 9 AM (Spanish time) I requested an EURC withdrawal via the Ethereum ERC-20 network. The platform indicated an estimated processing time of about 20 minutes. Hours later, my withdrawal is still stuck in "Processing" status.
I contacted chat support and have been waiting over 40 minutes without any response.
It is unacceptable for a platform of this level to block withdrawals, leave users without access to their own funds (displayed as "processing"), and fail to provide any support through their chat channel when this happens.
I am posting this review hoping to get a faster resolution. I just want access to my funds.

J'ai eu ce problème comme tout le monde d'ailleurs il y a 1 ans de bloquaient les fond etc. j'ai!!! comme un naïf re fait confiance à cette plate forme d'escroc et me revoilla au même point que l'année dernière ça va être encore la croix et la bannière pour recevoir m argent à tout les coup. Et en plus vous avez bien supprimer tout mes commentaires n'egatif de trustpilote cest vraiment mal honnête de votre pars et votre note est totalement faussé menteur et voleur que vous êtes je suis sur que demain on va être en hausse sur la crypto je la connais mintenant votre escroquerie et comme vous pouvez voir chers lecteurs après casiement caque mauvais commentaire qu'on leurs, attribue 1etoile. il y en a 5 deriere avec de l'éloge et 5 étoiles à leur égard, et on le voient que cest bien fake. Je suis déçu trust pilot devait vraiment vien faire leur boulot aussi au lieux de supprimer les vrais commentaires comme les miens supprimer et laisser leur faux avis qui donnent une note fausse à leur site vous devriez mêmes d'ailleurs leur envoyé un contrôle avec tout les avis négatif qui exclamé le même problème chez tout le monde le retrais de nos fond...le pire c'est que c'est même pas annulable c'est retrait en attente vous vous servez bien de nos fond bande d'escroc
voleur. En tout cas depuis l'an dernier que j'avais eu le problème je n'ai casiement jamais plus ravoir une position dans le positif ou alors des mini somme après avoir bien tout perdu vraiment très louche aussi ça... bref jattend min argent régler ça svp
