Mi experiencia con YouHodler ha sido extremadamente frustrante y decepcionante.
Hace más de dos años que vengo gestionando una sucesión, presentando toda la documentación legal en tiempo y forma, tal como fue solicitada.
El 28 de enero envié nuevamente toda la documentación legal y el 2 de febrero confirmé mis datos bancarios y de cuenta para que realizaran la transferencia de los fondos. Incluso me consultaron explícitamente si estaba de acuerdo con que el dinero fuera depositado en una de mis cuentas, a lo cual respondí que sí.
Desde ese momento, dejaron de responder. Envié múltiples correos, solo algunos fueron contestados, y luego silencio total. No brindan plazos, no explican el estado del trámite ni dan una respuesta clara.
Se trata de fondos pertenecientes a mi padre fallecido, por lo que la falta de comunicación y la demora resultan inaceptables.
A día de hoy, sigo sin una resolución ni información concreta, lo cual genera una gran desconfianza.
No recomiendo esta plataforma mientras continúen manejándose de esta manera.

I would highly recommend Youhodler after my very intense experience.
I sent my near protocol to youhodler and I made a mistake by sending via the near Network rather than BSC which is what they accept! Completely my fault.
Under these conditions, it is incredibly stressful and you start to feel like blaming the guys that the transfer went to, but it's not, it was my fault alone.
Youhodler worked through the situation with me and managed to recover all my near.
I can not thank them enough for making this happen.
I can safely say that under a very stressful situation, youhodler came through for me.

il vip system e' fasullo perchè fa credere ai nuovi di guadagnare con le scintille e il cloud mining ma più sali di livello e più non guadagni piu nulla .. appena arrivi ad esempio a diamond servono 430-500 spark per sbloccare 6-7 centesimi di bitcoin.. io essendo stato vip 4-5 volte ho ssbloccato 20 dollari.. lascio a voi i commenti, continuano a fare false promesse per sistemare il vip system ma non lo faranno mai, se glielo chiedi dicono che cambia in base al mercato il cloud mining altra fesseria che dicono perche non cambia mai... altra cosa negativa e' il lancio dell ipotetico token che mettono a 0,30 centesimi di valore ma sul mercato secondario vale 0,008 cent... e continuano a rimandare comunque il suo listing anche se prima hanno promesso mari e monti.. hanno sempre una scusa per non lanciarlo.. altra nota dolete e' che spesso senza motivo a me ed a altri bloccano il prelievo e poi l 'assistenza latita e ci vogliono diverse ore o giorni per completarlo.. ho avuto per colpa loro parecchi disguidi anche perche' ad agosto mi hanno bloccato soldi che mi servivano....poi loro dicono tempi tecnici , problemi di compliance, ma solo nella loro piattaforma ci sono questi problemi?
altra nota negativa e' il loro multiholder cioe' il trading in leva, ha dei costi altissimi.. infatti appena apri la posizione te la fà aprire a prezzo molto piu alto dello spot cosi andare in profitto e' molto difficile, penso di aver detto alcune note negative ma ce ne sono molte altre quindi INVITO A STARE ALLA LARGA DA QUESTA PIATTAFORMA E DI VEDERE CONCORRENTI ALTERNATIVI visto che ce ne sono a decine..

Piden documentación y nunca es suficiente ni lo será
Todo fué bien hasta que quise retirar dinero....da igual que le des lo que te piden, siempre faltan cosas por aportar, es una estrategia para quedarse con tu dinero, en mi caso llevo semanas para hacer una operación, que me bloquean y me piden nueva documentación...incluso quieren como prueba de ingresos una nómina , esta se la facilito pero editada de forma que ponga que es para la verificación...primero de seguridad ....pues no les vale...así que si tienen la copia de tu DNI y una nómina se pueden poner a pedir préstamos a tu nombre y listo...no se disculpan nunca, la atención es de pena, ves que estás conectado y no responden, tardan días y es para pedirte mas documentación, da igual lo que les envies...es una estafa en toda regla....amparada en el blanqueo de capitales, vamos 300 euros, se han quedado con el dinero ...que vas a hacer...mas que advertir a otros sobre la estafa

An meine nicht mehr existente IBAN auf ihre Plattform gesendet.

Können Sie bitte prüfen ob 100 € bei Ihnen eingegangen sind die nicht zugeordnet werden können ich bitte Sie um zeitnahe Prüfung und rücküberweisung auf das absenderkonto.
Ich finde es schade dass das Geld nicht von selbst zurückgebucht wird da mein Konto bei ihrer Plattform ja schon längst nicht mehr existent ist. Andere Plattformen haben hier einen automatischen Prozess der Überweisung ohne Referenznummer oder auf nicht mehr existente Kunden der rücküberweisung automatisch durchführt.
Falls Sie weitere identifikations Nachweise meinerseits brauchen stehe ich jederzeit zur Verfügung.
