I'm not having the best Youhodler experience right now. After registration and upload of documents I got a message that said that documents couldn't be verified, because similar documents were already uploaded into their system. I told them that I had registered some years back and that due to my documents not being approved, I had asked them to delete my account and remove my data from their system.

Due to this issue, the system limits my use of the website and consequently the App, to certain features. So I can make deposits only by crypto transfer. Withdrawals, trade, etc., are blocked. I reported the issue to customer service through email. They told me that the pop up message didn't impact my use of the website.

But it has greatly impacted my use of the website. After several emails I still get the same answer that, you can use the App without restrictions. But actually I am restricted and they are doing nothing about it.
