Great Product - be patient with installation
The order process was easy to follow and delivery was great - everything was packaged well and no damage. The panel track blinds are really nice and lived up to the expectations. We had been originally looking at the roller blinds with light filtering, so did not realize the panel track blinds were not light filtering. It is not an issue, but it would be great if you offered it in the light filtering. The only issues we ran into were the instructions. It was not always clear what we were supposed to do and in our initial pass we did not line up the tabs in the rail correctly. It was not clear that each have to be on the right of the one before it, otherwise the track doesn't pull them in order. But, after watching how it was pulling a few times we did managed to figure it out ourselves. The remote is another issue - no idea how that thing is supposed to be programmed. The instructions might as well add 'do a twirl and tap your head' in there as it seems it has way too many steps to do what should be simple programs. Five panels do not need 16 options, though I'm not sure there are more than three - not that any of them are used. Finally figured out that set at 00 (which was a fluke that I even found that) is where it needs to be to open fully or close fully. We just hit stop when it is where we want it. two programmed settings would be nice but haven't had the time to call in for help. Overall, would definitely order from Yoolax again. I have confidence they will improve their installation instructions and it's good they seem open to calls for help!

Wonderful experience
Wonderful experience. Ordered a few motorized shades. All were easy to install. I had one issue with one of the shades I ordered. Customer support (Javy, 10/10) was responsive and supportive of diagnosing the issue. When it became apparent that I could not fix the issue on my end the team was quick to ship me a replacement. Ordering, shipment tracking, installation, post install support all a smith process. Would buy from them again. May, 2026.

Great motorized blinds and even better service
I ordered 6 blinds from Yoolax and had a good overall experience. The blinds looked really good, and matched my space well. The quality felt very good and they were easy to install. One of the blinds had an issue, but The their team responded quickly. They found a solution and helped me without much trouble. I appreciated that they listened and helped. Phenomenal support when facing a special need
Phenomenal support from both the customer service and Yoolax experts. We had an unusual situation where the shades needed to clear the jutting door knob. Yoolax made the entire purchasing…
Yoolax made the entire purchasing process straightforward. Their videos on how to measure the window opening and requirements for inside mount shades took all the guesswork out of the equation. After we placed the order, they sent a confirmation request showing exactly what we ordered to confirm we did not need to make any adjustments. After the confirmation, they provided timely status updates to keep us informed of when we would receive the blinds. Blinds arrived and installation was a snap. Everything fit as we had hoped and the shades look great!
