Do not waste your money!

After speaking to customer service anout the damaged unit and thinking that I was getting a replacement I’ve gotten several emails from them. After going back and forth with their customer service too many times and his response - “Return to us and ship again request high shipping cost.
We can re-make you a new shade without motor bu charging $80 shipping fee” is ridiculous for something that should have worked straight out of the box. If I wanted a shade without the motor I could go to Home Depot and get it cheap. I will be returning it and not wanting a replacement now as I’m super frustrated as well as won’t do business with this company again.

The blinds are beautiful and very high quality

The blinds are beautiful! First comment is that the pre and post sales support goes above and beyond. Even marked up a room photo to ensure we had the correct measurements for a wall to wall panel blind.

Shipped within two weeks (and by UPS so they came quickly and safely) and were very well packaged.

Our setup is 14’ wide so the rail was in two pieces but the instructions are pretty good and with some back and forth we got it sorted.

Quality of the product is excellent and flawless. We chose Yoolax because the motor sits in line with the rail and not dropping down horizontally like most brands. Far better when panels are see through.

The order was missing the Matter Hub but a chat message with their support team and one was on the way by FEDEX.

They don’t use the low cost freight consolidators that are slow and where the product gets transferred between various carriers thus increasing the risk of damage.

It’s a bit more confusing to order through Amazon (which you have to in Canada) vs their website but they assist if needed and send you a final spec sheet to sign off on.

Overall we absolutely love the product and are getting ready to place our second order for another wall to wall and a third order for the living room.

Strongly recommend !!

The order was received with no fabric…

The order was received with no fabric screens or or the roll to attach it to only the metal housing and motor was included?

I have written several emails and called with no response for the last 48 hours

I would have voted 5 stars except for…

I would have voted 5 stars except for the following:
The blind arrived stuck in the valance and I had great difficulty getting it free. I had to do a reset and then the closing length got confused. I downloaded the app on my phone but unfortunately only one person can use it. I haven’t had time yet to reset the remote, which is not yet working properly. 🥲

Pentagon blind instalation.

A stand up company

I had an issue with my order, but this company stepped right up and took care of it. No one’s perfect, but you can tell .It’s a great company when they step right up and take care of your issue. Very Poor Customer Service

While I finally received the product I had originally inquired about a few months before, the entire process should not have taken as long as it did. I inquired about a product, went back/forth with the company several times before I was sent an invoice for another product. Finally they agreed to send me the product and then bill me upon arrival - I received the wrong product. Only after I wrote a review as such did they reach out and tell me that had the product I had originally inquired about. After a few more emails, they finally sent the product I wanted in the first place. So while I'm happy I finally got what I needed, I would not order from this company every again due to the customer service experience.

I searched for a long time!

I searched for a long time on what smart blinds to get for my home. I really wanted the ecosystem and connectivity to work with Apple Home and other options were almost triple the price. The quality of the fabric, valance and motor are superior. The set up and connectivity worked perfectly and it continues to respond to voice controls and the control wheel. I also accidentally had some measuring issues in which the service team were absolutely fantastic. I never leave reviews but I feel it necessary to tell everyone how great these are!
