This is hands down one of the most unprofessional medical offices I have ever stepped into. I called ahead and asked very specific questions about dentures and the procedure. The information I was given was misleading, and it became clear it was only said to get me to show up.
After arriving, I was placed alone in a dental chair and abandoned for over 20 minutes while there were NO other patients in the office. No explanation. No update. Nothing. When I finally asked the front desk why I had been left sitting there like that, their response was “we don’t know.” That is beyond unacceptable.
When the dentist Nausheen Mirza eventually decided to show up, she was rude, dismissive, and clearly uninterested in listening to anything I said. There was zero accountability for the misinformation, zero apology for wasting my time, and zero professionalism. I was treated like a nuisance rather than a patient and quickly brushed aside.
This office is disorganized, careless, and disrespectful. If this is how they handle basic communication and patient interaction, I wouldn’t trust them with any dental work whatsoever. My time was wasted, my concerns were ignored, and the entire experience was insulting.
Save yourself the frustration and go literally anywhere else.
