A slice of tranquility in a busy, bustling world. Today's afternoon class with guidance from Vimala, gave me time to stop and give my whole body some TLC. The space to breath. And, to feel the inner peace that comes from practicing yoga.

I really enjoy classes with Vimala. She pays individual attention to every participant, making sure that the moves are practised correctly and offering opportunities to really achieve your potential. Vimala is an amazing Yoga instructor who tailors her classes to the needs of each student, advanced or novice. I look forward to the classes each week, and love how she carefully instructs the importance and combination of breathing, strength and mindfulness. Vimala is a hugely experienced yoga teacher who teaches a wide range of yoga styles and techniques to match the individual needs of her students.

Vimala very approachable and cleverly structures her classes to get the best for each student, giving all her students individual guidance and feedback along the way.

For me, I can only say that taking Vimala‘s class has been nothing short of transformative … the perfect antidote to too many year being desk-bound.

I‘d highly recommend Vimala‘s class for both beginners and more advanced practitioners … whether you are taking it to improve your posture/flexibility/core strength/general well being or just want to nail that one tricky posture.

Can’t believe how much the pain from arthritis is relieved after these classes.

I started yoga late in life and wish I had done it years ago. Vimala is an excellent teacher. I feel as well as keeping me supple it also adds to my wellbeing. I highly recommend her classes. Come on give it a try.
