This was my first experience of yoga and I came away from the holiday feeling cared for , calm and relaxed. Yoga sessions took place in a fantastic, well equipped studio with far views to the sea. Laurant’s teaching was mesmerising and the beautiful setting in the Andalusian hillside perfectly complimented the whole experience.

Laurent is a brilliant yoga teacher. He has amazingly in-depth knowledge and experience of yoga, which he shares in great detail with enthusiasm and energy. He made us all very welcome, nothing was too much trouble and he answered all our questions. Although he takes the yoga very seriously, it is with a light touch, and his wonderful sense of humour is never far below the surface. The overall theme of the weekend was serenity and I left feeling refreshed, restored and definitely more serene!

I’ve been practising Yoga with Laurent for the past 10 years and usually go on one of his retreats once a year! I appreciate his holistic approach and that he continually evolves our practice by integrating elements from other disciplines. I wouldn’t want to miss his classes. They keep me fit and in shape to deal with every day’s challenges. I highly recommend him as a teacher!

As soon as the class starts my brain calms & I relax into the stretching and movements Laurent is showing us & talking us carefully through. We gently exercise & strengthen our whole body so that I feel lithe, supple and energetic at the end of the session. He's kind and gentle and the best teacher I have had after 40 years of irregular (my fault!) practice.. Laurent's on line classes are simple to book & easy to join. It all seems to work like a well oiled machine!

Lauren has been a great support so far in my recovery. His classes are calm, grounding, and thoughtfully guided. He really listens, which makes a big difference when you’re dealing with back pain or wrist issues. I feel safe in his approach, and the variety of classes gives me space to explore what works for my body.

I’ve been doing Laurent’s classes for a while now. I like the fact that he offers an early morning online class as I find it a great way to start the day. The classes are very relaxed with the focus being not how the posture looks at the end but the process of getting there with an emphasis on the grounding and the breath. There is a seasonality to Laurent’s classes which helps you move WITH your body through the seasons. Highly recommended!

Great content and sound experienced teacher, Laurent has a great combination of sensitivity, analysis and practice, and very good communication skills. The course is well structured with great tools for our sessions, loved it!

Laurent is an amazing teacher, gentle, methodical, safe, and extremely knowledgeable. Whatever your ability, background, or issues you may be struggling with, Laurent's classes are really accessible, interesting and informative. I especially find Laurent's teaching helpful for managing stress and anxiety.

I love the Thursday morning Scaravelli class, it sets me up well for the day. It is very grounding and the gentle movements and postures are perfect on waking up. Laurent has a very calming and reassuring presence.

As someone who has never tried yoga before the retreat in France was a brilliant introduction. Laurent's approach was very effective, focused on achieving without looking for perfection, I really appreciated this. He coached those that needed it (like me) in a constructive way. The sessions were ideally spaced (morning an evening) allowing time for us to explore the local area.

The yoga sessions during the retreat in France, were amazing as always and I'm always taken by surprise by how subtle yet massively effective they were. Liked the balance of movement, rest and tiny challenges. Nice to slow down! This was a superlative retreat - excellent venue - comfortable, luxurious, generous tasty food. I loved learning about the history of Yoga Nidra in different traditions as well as the science behind the practice and, yes, I was very aware of my Beta brain waves working in that part of the course(!) But I particularly liked the fact that we had so much teaching practice, both in class and recording assessed assignments, so feel very well prepared to run our own classes.
