Unhelpful customer service
I used this platform for around three years and now I stop using it as the customer service is very unhelpful. I moved house and entered the new postcode and realised that the address was not correct. I have to re-enter it in every purchase but it still shows the wrong entry in the bill. I emailed to the customer service to raise that problems and their replies were unhelpful. I am too tired for emailing in each purchase and paying extra free for resending the products.
Some products which I have been waiting for more than 3 months were finally cancelled. I then received emails saying that they agree to refund to me due to cancellation. It was confused as I didn’t cancel the purchase and I emailed them. They then explained that their products were broken. Why can’t they state it clearly in the first email. And why can’t they apologise for that.
Furthermore, the products descriptions are unclear. Some of the products label as Korean products that are actually made in other countries.
Last but not least, the marked prices for the products are so much higher than other similar platforms even having a gold member discount.

Je commande depuis des années et je n'ai jamais été déçue. Le choix des produits, les prix, les promos régulières. Les commandes sont toujours bien emballées. Si vous devez avoir à faire au SAV ils sont très réactifs et professionnels.
Un site que je recommande les yeux fermés.

Fatal, al realizar mi pedido me ponía que tardaría 2 o 3 días, hace 15 días que hice pedido y en seguimiento envío me aparece preregistrado desde el día 14

Ordered the items 17th July 2020 and till now ( 26th Aug 2020) I haven’t received anything yet. Contacted their customer service and they said due to the covid situation the delivery maybe delay 3-4 weeks. What an excuse! Why my friend who ordered 1 day after me got her items already now?

Super contente d'avoir découvert ce site grâce aux vidéos de Sonia Selaire que j'affectionne particulièrement et elle a raison, une veritable grotte d'Alibaba on y passe des heures et on déniche pleins de pépites !!!! J'ai passé ma première commande le 02 juillet le 03 elle était expédiée, je l'ai reçu à la maison le 20

Je n'ai pas eu de frais de douane et expédition offerte. Très bien emballé, rien d'endommagé bref première expérience plus que satisfaisante !!!

On y trouve un large choix de produits de cosmétiques coréens que j'affectionne particulièrement comme Mizon, Cosrx, Dr Ceuracle etc. et les produits sont vraiment top par rapport à leur prix, j'adore !

Les prix sont vraiment intéressants jusqu'à -60% et elles sont cumulables avec le code parrainages qui vous donnent -5% supplémentaires (vous pouvez utiliser le mien si vous le souhaitez: HX9VCH ).
Le service client réactif, ils vous répondent assez rapidement.

L'expédition par Yestyle se fait assez rapidement environ 3 semaines (de Chine aux Pays-Bas, puis des Pays-Bas vers Paris). Vous allez recevoir un numéro suivi de votre colis au bout de 3 à 5 jours après l'expédition. Une fois arrivée en France, la livraison est un peu plus longue, il faut compter deux semaines de plus avant de recevoir le colis.
Produit expédié le 09-06-2020 et reçu le 29-06-2020.
Pour m'a part, j'ai reçu mon colis à la poste la plus proche de chez moi au lieu de mon domicile.

Je n'ai pas mis 5 étoiles car à la réception du colis, tous mes produits étaient compressés dans un carton qui ne se fermait pas et il y avait peu de papier bulle (heureusement qu'ils l'ont bien enveloppé dans un sachet gris) et à l'ouverture certains packagings des produits étaient donc abîmés.
Je trouve cela un peu dommage d'avoir envoyé le colis comme ça.

Je reste toutefois, très satisfaite des produits que j'ai commandés et recommande de passer une commande chez eux ;-)
