Estoy muy contenta con lo que compro en esta tienda. Suelo comprar productos de belleza coreanos, ofrecen buenos precios y recibes toda la información de envíos por el e-mail. Pido con bastante antelación porque soy consiente que hay un espacio de tiempo entre el pedido y la entrega en tu casa.

Placed 2 orders on 01/19/23 the 1st order should be shipped within 2 days (according to their website) didn’t got shipped not until 1/25. it’s already 2/04 yet the shipment still hasn’t been picked up! I guess it’s still in their warehouse!!! I have another package that was supposedly to be in stock on 1/29 but now still waiting to be restocked. reached customer service multiple times but no response. I will NEVER reorder from
this company again. I am a new customer and this is my 1st and last time ordering from this site.

Estoy súper triste por que mi paquete aún no llega se supone que fue enviado el 2022-12-22 y ya estamos a 18 del 2023 tuve paciencia pero nada aún necesito saber si mi pedido llegará si no pido un rembolso porfavor

I ordered my product a few weeks ago and it still has not arrived, I ordered with standard shipping and it said it would take up to 10 days at the latest. This is ridiculous and i have been wondering if i should have spent my money elsewhere.

Ravie de mes commandes à chaque fois (cosmétiques). Les produits sont bien emballés, d'excellente qualité et la livraison n'a jamais posé problème. Le site est clair (même si la navigation pourrait être plus facile), les explications, les photos et les avis permettent de se faire un bon avis sur le produit.
Les prix sont parfois un peu hauts, mais les promos sont régulières et la qualité en vaut vraiment la peine.
Seul petit point négatif, s'il faut vraiment chicaner, c'est que les échantillons cadeau sont très pauvres, voire inexistants.
Mis à part cela, je recommande pleinement ce site.

Right now I am going to give them a 2. When I originally ordered a top it stated 5-7 day delivery, that was three weeks ago! The tracking status never changes. They should describe their shipping properly. It always aggravates me at how the $ comes out of your account within seconds, but everything else takes forever!!!!!!

Service ok. Clothing sizes not as expected. Therefore more cost in having to return. Non Clothing items ok

Hecho el pedido en Marzo..No me ha llegado el paquete hasta ahora.Me dicen en atención del cliente que intentaban de entregarme el paquidermias sin éxito..Y se ha vuelto al país del origen.Me piden otros 12 euros por el reenvío (todo eso me escribían en español).Les digo que quiero una devolución del dinero y me empiezan contestar en Inglés,aconsejando de coger el traductor em..Es una falta de respeto,como mínimo..Porqué entender si que entiendan por dónde voy y de que reclamo!!Es unavergüenza!!!!!Era mi primera y la última .Para vender si que hablan otras idiomas...

Me gusta mucho comprar, no siempre están los artículos disponibles y otras veces tardan bastantes días en estar disponible, pero principalmente me gusta la gran cantidad de artículos disponibles, las reseñas, el detalle de los artículos... Quizás lo que menos me gusta es que son varias semanas lo que tarda el llegar el pedido.

I was notified on June 4 that my order had shipped. It is low June 16 and no order has arrived.

Todo correcto, es una web referente en productos coreanos, comercializa muchas marcas a buen precio. Muy Recomendable!

Shipping was extremely fast! Only took 4 days to travel from Hong Kong to WI, best shipping experience I’ve had in a while. I received everything I ordered; no complaints! Planning my next purchase 😁

Unhelpful customer service
I used this platform for around three years and now I stop using it as the customer service is very unhelpful. I moved house and entered the new postcode and realised that the address was not correct. I have to re-enter it in every purchase but it still shows the wrong entry in the bill. I emailed to the customer service to raise that problems and their replies were unhelpful. I am too tired for emailing in each purchase and paying extra free for resending the products.
Some products which I have been waiting for more than 3 months were finally cancelled. I then received emails saying that they agree to refund to me due to cancellation. It was confused as I didn’t cancel the purchase and I emailed them. They then explained that their products were broken. Why can’t they state it clearly in the first email. And why can’t they apologise for that.
Furthermore, the products descriptions are unclear. Some of the products label as Korean products that are actually made in other countries.
Last but not least, the marked prices for the products are so much higher than other similar platforms even having a gold member discount.

Je commande depuis des années et je n'ai jamais été déçue. Le choix des produits, les prix, les promos régulières. Les commandes sont toujours bien emballées. Si vous devez avoir à faire au SAV ils sont très réactifs et professionnels.
Un site que je recommande les yeux fermés.
