For the past years I have been actively buying from Yeezy because everything on there I know are made of the best quality. Some things are still expensive, but in my opinion it’s worth it

I've ordered from them on several occasions always recieved product although typically took around 3 months,and constant email inquires.This last order has yet to be recieved and emails are unanswered ,and going to the website to view my order comes up as store coming soon.

after 3 MONTHS of waiting still no update on my order absolute worse custom service i have ever seen no replies what so ever dont order from yeezy.com
UPDATE: finally my order got sent out after a week more of waiting still i think this company is super bad and comstumer service is trash. quality of the products is also pretty bad i know it is 20 bucks but still..
FINAL UPDATE: i FINALLY got my package in today (26/06/2024) and i gotta say quality is very good for 20 euros so no complains on the product but the service is horrible. so if you want decent merch but wanne wait 3 months, buy it.

It is a SCAM, no reply to emails and not sure how they could let a known brand like this getaway with this

I placed an order two months ago. I waited about a month for the items to be shipped and checked the tracking code every day. After a month, I received a notification that my package was being sent back to the sender! Customer support had no information about this, and after a three-day investigation where I called every post office in the city, I discovered that the package was not delivered due to missing delivery information! Meanwhile, customer support insisted that the order had been fulfilled. This is a total SCAM!

More than 2 month and I’m still waiting, email are full and I even can’t get contact with support. SCAM

12 weeks and still no items or even any idea when or if will be arriving.
Auto response email with customer service. Shocking

Ordered a month ago and no news on shipmemt. Customer service email is an automatic reply kind of "we don't know when we will ship". Scam.

Ordered 2 months ago and items have never arrived. I have sent emails regarding our order but no response from the company. I believe this website is a scam. Don't make the same mistake my teenage son did - learning online shopping the hard way!

I order some items from Yeezy.com for my son on February 15, 2024. As of today(April 11, 2024) I still have not received my items. I’ve reached out many times to Yeezy.com regarding my order, just to receive a generic response. Plus the website states “All sales are final”, so I’m out of $180.00.
Bad business Kanye West…

Pods received as expected. 2nd pair remains pending. Both pairs ordered before price drop to $20.
CD received early. Perfect & cannot be altered thru digital streaming and sales $ directly to artist.
Apparel (5 items - 2x pants, 2x tees, 1x long sleeve) slightly delayed arrival date from expected at time of order. Material and quality good. Items as expected or better. Sizes run on bigger side, keeping in mind style is already oversized.
Will order again in future.

It has been 7 weeks since I placed an order.
I wrote to customer service at 4 weeks asking for an order update and/or shipping information. I eventually also requested a refund at 5 and 6 weeks after no communication. Zero response from the company.

My yeezy pods arrived earlier than usual, great service for out of US
