NEVER NEVER NEVER order from Yeezy! I placed an order thanksgiving day and it is April 21st with only a partial shipment received! I’ve contacted them multiple times with vague responses but finally received an email from customer service today stating they made a mistake and only shipped half my order! NO DUH! The remainder of my order will now take 3 weeks! Their policy sucks, customer service is horrible and they are making a fortune proving poor service like this! RIDICULOUS, to say the least. Hopefully my kids can still wear this CRAP as we all know they grow fast.
Disgruntled is the least of what I am feeling!!!

I ordered December 18/2025 order my grandkids Christmas gift and it went from Christmas gift to birthday gift to any old gift but I still have not received it as of today
All's I have is a confirmation number when I purchased it that I never received an email status of my delivery. Nothing I have gotten nothing

Yeah for an icon like Kanye west! We put trust in him and his products… but it’s been 4 months! Still no delivery, none of my items have come! The worst experience! There customer service don’t exist I’ve received no response from them. Need to contact my bank and get the money back.

It’s been 10 months and I still haven’t received my order.

I ordered 15 weeks ago and have not gotten any shipping or tracking information. I have also emailed them 3 times and left two voicemail on the number provided by the website. I have received NO communication back what so ever. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau in hopes to resolve this. I was charged for a product I never received!

Worst site that we have ever ordered from. Very poor customer service! Took 4 months for the order to ship. Took weeks for replies from customer service. When we finally got the products…very disappointed!! Save your money and order from somewhere else!

I ordered Yeezy slides in August 2025 and have yet to receive them. Received a email in December saying I would receive my order within 30 days. It’s now March 11th, Yeezy customer service have been emailed multiple with no response. I’ve asked for a refund and have been ignored. Thinks it time to contact my bank.

I am still waiting for my pair of YZY sliders to be delivered... after five months! I have sent several requests for updates from their customer service team without any response. No, Kanye - you can't do it without adidas. Products that I have recieved, feel like they cost $20. NOT WORTH THE WAIT

Ordered august 2025 and still haven't received my order. Customer service is not responding....

I ordered something from the website about 7 months ago, i didn’t get a confirmation email or any update whatsoever. The item never arrived and there is no way to contact them. No idea how they get away with doing this to everyone.

Scam don't buy from them, they owe me over $200 worth of merchandise and they never sent anything or emailed me back. I bought stuff back in November of 2025.

The most pathetic company I have ever tried to buy clothes from months without any confirmation or any delivery… emailed many times and in the end was told my order had been cancelled and I would receive a refund after 10 weeks wait…… Kanye you a peon you can’t even run a dropshipping company? 😂

As the title says, please do not order anything. They won't ship your order, Customer Service doesn't exist. They do have an email address, but you won't receive any reply, no matter how many times you try to reach them. I tried with a chargeback but had no luck with my card provider just yet.

Total scum bags! I’d ordered my two pairs of Yeezy Sl Slippers in February 2025 and still not received them! I’ve sent over 100 emails and been fob off and at times ignored my emails! Please avoid.
I’ve now lost £57 🤬

Horrible experience. They do not provide order confirmation, shipment updates and blatantly ignore emails. But they continue to pay for advertising, advertising the same items I am waiting on. It feels like a Ponzi scheme. They have to wait for more orders to fulfill what is already in the queue. I placed my order in July and now it’s almost February.

Beware! I ordered two black Yeezy Slides in sizes 9 and 10 back in August 2025 and received them 5 months later—in the wrong sizes (11 and 12) and color Brown. I’ve emailed multiple times with no luck and zero response. All I’m asking is to return them for the correct order.
On top of that, the quality is somewhat disappointing. These look nothing like the original Adidas-era Yeezys and feel cheaply made. This experience has been absurd. Quality is shockingly bad—nothing like the Adidas-Yeezys. Terrible service, terrible experience. On top of it all we waited patiently 5 months for my order, only to receive the wrong sizes. Smdh Customer service is nonexistent—multiple emails, no replies.
I would not recommend ordering from Yeezy.com.

If I can give less then 1 star I would , waited over 6 months for my order then they ship it to the completely wrong shipping address some address not even in the same state as me , when I try to make contact with customer service to have them fix there issue they don’t respond or brush me off , wish I never spent money with them

I ordered a pair of shoes de 30th of August, there was a problem with the delivery companie and the prodcut was returned to them in November. The dont answer back my emails since then, the have my mioney and my product. I have send them at leats 10 emails.

I will smite down the person who sold me shoes via this website. not only were they FAKE. But they weren't even close to the real shoes being a size 12? I ordered size 6 and that was on the LARGER side. Absolute shambles this site jeezus.

Scam. Not a real company. You will not receive items and be forced to dispute with bank. Kevin from support will do all he can to try to scam your money. You have been warned.
