Great customer service
Delivery was disappointing. Took 18 days. The product I ordered wasn't suitable. I got in touch and they refunded the money almost immediately, with very good communications throughout. Great customer service.

Quick resolution to complaint

I feel like folks should be wary about…
I feel like folks should be wary about ordering from this site. I placed an order 5 weeks ago and of the three items I ordered I have only received 1 of them. I checked with Trust Pilot before ordering too. After not receiving shipping confimation after 2 weeks I chased this up and received a prompt but automated response saying to allow 2 weeks from dispatch to delivery. I then received a dispatch mail a couple of days later. It has been nearly 3 weeks and 2 of the items have not yet arrived. Really poor service.

Great customer service
It's when things go wrong you see how good a company is. We've all done it - clicked on a social media post to buy something only to be completely underwhelmed when it arrives and good luck with trying to complain. Well I ordered some what I thought were larger elastic bowl covers - the ad showed they were covering large salad bowls. Reality was when they arrived they were standard cereal bowl size of which I had loads anyway! Never again I thought. Then I got an email asking for a review. I replied saying I felt they were a little misrepresented. To my surprise they offered a no quibble refund which has been received. This is impressive and thank you. Great customer service and I will go back.

I brought a clip on mop from this company, but it didn't work. I emailed them and explained the situation. They were brilliant, they refunded me and told me i didn't have to send the mop back. Happy with this outcome.

Great little mop
Great little mop, easy to get into small spaces. Haven’t had a proper use yet but I know it’s going to be ideal for other things. I purchased two sizes so I can reach higher. Perfect for my back injury , will help a lot.
