I would be very wary of these people. I ordered a Christmas product and was delivered something entirely different. The email link to make queries doesn’t work. And if you tick one star on the Trustpilot email, the link doesn’t work..

Totally misleading advertising compared to what I received. Cheap plastic light although advertised completely different and confirmation email also shows completely different product in the picture. Very disappointed with the product and the wait was over a month too. I immediately contacted for refund today and hope I get a reply soon as I won't be paying for the lamps.

Ordered weeks ago and had no updates. I emailed the company several times with no reply. I finally received a tracking number which didn’t work. I have now received an email saying it has been delivered to Alfreton which is in a completely different county. Avoid!
