Super expérience
J'ai précommandé une figurine en 2024 pour une sortie prévue en mai 2025. Au niveau des prix, ils étaient les plus attractifs sachant que cela comprenait aussi les frais de douane pour la France. Ma figurine est arrivée bien emballé avec un petit snack en cadeau. J'ai été prévenu de l'envoi et j'ai eu le suivi de mon colis.
Excellent service, je n'hésiterai pas à repasser par eux dans le futur.

I’m absolutely satisfied with my recent online order. The website was easy to navigate, and I quickly found what I was looking for. The checkout process was smooth, and I received an order confirmation immediately via email. I was especially impressed by the fast delivery – the package was well-packed. Ordered the Astro Bot Nendoroid re-release back in October 2024, it was listed as planned release February 2025 and Goodsmile (the company that makes Nendoroids) listed Astro Bot as shipping out from the 26th of March 2025 - but that was most likely the date that they would start to ship out to either customers that ordered directly from them, or to 3rd parties such as YattaJapan, as such I received my tracking number a bit later, on 3rd April, it reached my country 10 days later and then it spent more time in local transit (most probably customs) than on its way to Romania, because such is life... I was finally able to pick it up on 30th April.

Edit on May 15th 2025 : Hello Jeremy, our emails remained unanswered despite being marked as seen. With no further explanations, we were not able to understand the issue. We had 10 different customers for the same Gachapon (Casio Watch Ring Collection 3rd Edition) in the past 30 days and not a single person reached out to us saying the product was incorrect upon delivery.
