Yates Hellier Arvostelua

We worked with the Yates Hellier team during our last rental in the West End with fine results compared to the prior landlord agencies we had. We’ve since moved on to buy our own property, but if I ever decided to hire an estate agent to rep me, William and his staff would be my choice.

Initial stages of letting ,pleasant staff and great correspondence. Few maintenance issues were had and rectified but correspondence regarding these, and the action of, was timely and would be my only critique.

I have been letting my flat in Glasgow through Yates Hellier for well over 5 years. They helped me finding excellent tenants. They have dedicated members of staff who always contact me promptly when there is an issue to be resolved. As I was not in contact with my tenants, I can not speak on their behalf. However, my first tenant stayed for 5 years and I would like to think that the tenant was happy, staying in my flat which was well managed by Yates Hellier. I cannot recommend this reliable and trustworthy agent highly enough to anybody who is a landlord or a prospective tenant.

Ross Yates came to our home to do a valuation on it as one of what we had planned as a number of valuations when considering putting our home on the market last year. (He had showed us around one of his properties we had put an offer on, and we were taken by his open and friendly manner that didn’t come with the hard sell that can often happen with estate agents.) After meeting with Ross and listening to his honest, considered and straightforward valuation and what we might wish to consider doing that might improve on it, we decided not to bother with other valuations and stuck with Ross and Yates Helier. Ross managed all the viewings, was very helpful and supportive and gave great advice throughout. Without any hesitation if we decided to move again we would be calling Ross and would suggest to anyone we knew who was considering selling to contact Ross at Yates Helier to hear what he has to say. We are very grateful for his dedication and support with his ‘Rolls Royce’ service. Also, Natalie in the office was very helpful and supportive, so it’s only fair for us to share some of that praise with her. Yates Helier - highly recommended and thank you! 😃

Communication first class, a friendly yet professional company who always follow up on any issues.

Yates Hellier provide a excellent service, respond quickly to queries and are very helpful. They are a trustworthy and professional company and make renting much easier for renters like myself

Yates was great to deal with when renting. Resolved all issues in a timely matter. Would definitely recommend for renters.

Yates Hellier served as our letting agency for over a year while we were tenants. They consistently responded to and handled our requests promptly and efficiently. We were highly satisfied with their customer service and the quality of their work.

Ross responded quickly everytime I had a query. He updated me regularly after viewings. Was honest with me and also managed my expectations. He was quick to detect which buyers were genuine. Great experience so that was valuable . Very polite man who works hard for his clients.

Kind and attentive staff, always handling requests and problems with dedication.

Yates Hellier provide an excellent and highly professional letting service. Regular communication along with fast and efficient resolution of any issues within the property if they arise. Jonny and Jack are top class operators.

Great company to rent a property through. Very professional and courteous throughly all of the letting process & beyond now we are tenants.

I bought my current home through Yates Hellier and I can honestly say that I was thoroughly impressed with the professionalism, honestly and local knowledge of the staff.

House buying can be a stressful time however I felt completely at ease with the process which was thanks to the excellent service I received from Ross and his team from begining to end.

I would highly recommend Yates Hellier and if I'm in the market again I will definitely be in touch witht them to take things forward.

Yates Hellier is a mark of professional services, I will never forget the gift when invited to collect the keys. So active for any comment found in the property. They even have a property maintenance manager to act on all issues.

Thank you Yates Hellier team

Excellent service as tenant, no issues

Been with them for several years and had no issues. Great communications and helpful suggestions to any issues we have had. Would recommend

Fantastic estate agent, went above and beyond for me on several occasions when I was looking to buy. Customer service is always fantastic and I wouldn’t choose anyone else in the future when I come to sell my property.

I have rented for over 10 years and with Yates Hellier for the last 2 and they have been, by far, the best letting agency I've ever dealt with.
All correspondence is communicated in a professional and friendly manner. Any issues that arise (as they do when renting!) have been sorted immediately! If I were to move I'd definitely consider viewing other properties offered by them

Great estate agent. Ross was so helpful and professional. Would definitely use again.
