We rented a place through Yates Hellier and found their service excellent. Their staff were friendly, approachable, knowledgeable and professional. Both our move-in and check-out were seamless and we found their tenant guides very helpful. I would definitely recommend renting through them.

Efficient, helpful, friendly. Great service with a real personal touch. I sold my property recently through Yates Hellier. Reasonable rates, straight talking and a quick and efficient process. I had over 20 viewings within a few weeks of going to market and went to closing date. Great communication with the office staff throughout. They also helped resolve some unexpected issues quickly, and made use of apps which helped me keep up to date and progress things at a time convenient to me. As it happened, the new property I bought was also marketed by Yates Hellier and the team were so quick and willing to help and advise me through the purchase process too. They really seemed to share my happiness through this big life event! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend

Yates Hellier dealt with the sale of my late mother's flat. They did a great job throughout - very knowledgeable, very responsive, very diligent, and very easy to deal with. I suspect they had more work to do than they'd expected, due to the number of viewings - but they dealt with it very efficiently. During a sudden cold snap, they called me to ask if they should go round and check the central heating (the flat was empty) to avoid burst pipes - which in itself shows the quality of their client care.

As a letting agent representing the landlord, they delivered their job so well to a tenant like me as well. They are responsible to give response efficiently so we always got our issue fixed with a reasonable time frame. They gave detailed report when checked in and very fair. When checked out, they observed meticulously which we found them treat everything so seriously. We were so pleased with their excellent service.

We sold our house in Milngavie recently through Yates Hellier and they were absolutely brilliant! Ross Yates and the team provided a professional and impeccable service with excellent communication and support throughout. They sold our house in 2 weeks while we were on holiday and cannot thank them enough. We would not hesitate to use them again and highly recommend them.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Yates Hellier and I cannot speak highly enough of their services. From the moment Ross visited my flat, I was greeted with professionalism. Ross and the team made the entire process of selling my first home/flat seamless and stress-free.

Their knowledge of the local market is unparalleled, and they took the time to inform me of what to expect and understood my timeline and selling preferences. They produced results very quickly and I received a very attractive offer within 24hrs of my flat being on the market.

What stood out the most was their guidance and excellent communication. They kept me informed at every stage of the process and were always available to answer any questions I had via a whatsapp group. Their transparency and honesty were greatly appreciated and made me feel confident that we were in good hands.

The entire team is incredibly dedicated and hardworking. They went above and beyond to ensure that everything went smoothly, from the initial viewing to exchange.

I highly recommend Yates Hellier to anyone looking to sell a property. Their professionalism, dedication, and outstanding service make them the best in the business.

We recently both bought and sold a house through Yates Hellier. The process was seamless. Ross came and visited us in our property and talked us thoroughly and very informatively through the whole process. Once all details had been agreed we were set up with an individual web link app that linked to both the purchase of our new property and the sale of the old. We decided to do the viewings ourselves and the app showed us each viewing scheduled in time and date order with the names of the viewers so it was really easy to keep op top of them. Again, once the property went to closing the offers submitted were also viewable in the app along with the progress of missives etc. On top of this we also had a WhatsApp group set up between ourselves and Ross and Natalie. Natalie sent us an additional message each morning with a list of viewers and kept us updated via WhatsApp of any last minute time changes or additional viewings. If we had any questions then we could message, and it was replied to immediately. I could not recommend Yates Hellier highly enough as a very professional company with a great team of staff working both in front and behind the scenes. Their communication and knowledge of the property market is second to none.

I have just bought my flat through Yates Hellier and was very impressed with the process. Ross Yates showed me around the property and was very professional and knowledgeable. They used a smooth and efficient online form when getting the information they needed from me, and offered me warm congratulations when I went to their office to collect my keys. I would definitely consider selling a property through them in future, although I do hope I don't move again anytime soon!

We recently sold our flat with Yates Hellier and Ross and Natalie were just outstanding. Not only did Ross come out to our flat to chat things through before we even committed, Ross and Natalie both worked incredibly hard to get the best price possible for our beloved flat. Can’t recommend enough.

We chose to sell our flat through Yates Hellier as I was impressed with Ross Yates and his experience in the market and his local knowledge. He took control and managed the whole process. Ross and Natalie keeping us regularly updated on the progress. We sold within a few weeks and we were very happy with the price. We would not hesitate in using or recommending this estate agent again.

I chose to go with Yates Hellier because I felt they had a more personal approach and knew the area well. I found Ross to be really engaged and transparent throughout the process. In the end I got a good price for my property and the experience was very positive. I would definitely recommend Yates Hellier and be very happy to work with them again in the future.

We recently sold our home through Yates Hellier and I couldn’t recommend them highly enough. Our sale was drawn out over many months and the service we received was outstanding from start to finish. Ross Yates personally dealt with our sale and was our primary contact throughout. He was extremely dependable and always on hand and happy to deal with any issues that arose. He clearly has a wealth of knowledge and experience and exceeded our expectations with regards to the sale price we achieved. With both his personal and professional approach we always felt in safe hands. Thank you for all your hard work.

I recently Let a property through Yates Hellier, as first time Letter, jonny and William made the whole process easy and hassle free. Extremely friendly and willing to help with all my questions. I will definitely be using them in the future.

As a tenant I have been really impressed by Yates Hellier's professionalism - responsive, friendly and take any issues seriously.

Very responsive and fair. Easy to contact and they are quick to arrange contractors etc.

A first-class property agency. I have now been working with Yates Hellier on lettings for nine years. Jack and Ross and their team are friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and thoroughly professional. I always recommend YH to friends and family whether renting/letting or buying/selling.

Yates Hellier were one of the only letting agencies I’ve ever had who actually responded quickly, were helpful and were kind and understanding. We stopped letting from them when we bought a flat but honestly if we consider letting our flat out I would go to them first. Can’t say enough positive things about them to be honest.

Professional, and prompt to deal with any issues we had. Highly recommend!
